SUPERNATURAL PERFECTION

My eyes beheld some kind of perfection . . . at least compared to my limited view of “earthly paradise.” So beautiful was this semi-transparent world of an almost crystalline nature. It appeared to be air-infused, where all un-human objects are connected, in God’s perfection, and entirely un-abused by limits. Each individual human independent of all others seemingly planted into the oneness of everything else that exists. I can only compare this supernatural perfection to man’s tragically defected world in falling from Grace. Keep in mind that one second I was looking at the world as we all see it, and the next few minutes I saw it as a supernatural perfection. In a twinkling of an eye my vision changed from one perspective to another. Yes – it means just what you think it means . . . I have tried so many times to put what I saw for only minutes, so many years ago, into mere mortal words. It gets easier each time, as I mature in His eyes as one of His children.

I have told of the revelation – a miracle – given to me before, and each time I find I am a little closer to describing the indescribable. Man seems to be relatively slowing in his “new” discoveries; and although there are multitudes for him yet to find – that number is finite. There are some answers God would withhold from us. Without the missing dimensions, man will not be able to discover what I witnessed. Men are consumed primarily with willful ignorance, jealousy, greed, vanity . . . sadly more as time passes . . . as evidenced by the sheer numbers who inhabit every habitable corner of the planet. Not becoming wiser with the passing years, but becoming more prone to evil purpose. Remember? There is no such thing as a little sin; for they are all equal.

I should have never thought that I, uneducated in any particular Christian faith, but self-schooled in all faiths, would rise in my Christian belief as others have fallen. In my childhood I was so impressed by those who displayed such Godly purpose. Some, such as Billy Graham have proven to be Godly men. But, there were others that fell from man’s grace, while they retained God’s Grace . . . Oh, how the preaching of Jimmy Swaggart brought me to tears. I dearly loved to hear that man preach on Sunday morning television. As I matured, I was led to more serious Bible study. I woke up one day after a couple of decades of private study of commentators such as Dr. Chuck Missler to find that something had happened to the faithful in America. They were no longer effectively holding Americans to the higher standards that were a direct result of our Judeo-Christian heritage, but seem to be either burrowing in place, or turned to secular religions – even the religion of Atheism.

When I first beheld the revelation, I was sure I could not know what it meant. So, I pondered, and decided it was an answer to one of my more fervent prayers – a deep desire to know how God could know everything we each have done, and will do. I believed it possible because of the evidence in all of creation. When I thought upon every beast, bird, fish, and tree – everything God created for mankind on planet Earth – even the creepy, crawly things I am not so fond of . . . then I thought upon the child I had given birth to . . . I saw God’s creation in absolutely everything. I am truly amazed and forever humbled. The way things work best is when order is recognized in everything around us.

God has answered all of my prayers that were worthy of an answer. The most wonderful of those answers is God’s gift to me of my Christian husband, John. He and I seem to be equal, while being different in the ways the Lord meant for us to be. When marriage is viewed through our eyes, it is something amazing . . . and possible for everyone – the passion – the love – the very endeavor of marriage is defined by John and I. But, as usual, I digress from the subject at hand – the revelation I experienced at least 20+ years ago. Perhaps I will get to writing about the secrets of a really good marriage another day.

I realized almost immediately that I did not completely understand the meaning of the revelation. My first impression was that whether or not you know our Lord Jesus Christ, He knows you. In the view of the world I was allowed to see the concept of Him being in all of us at the same time via His Holy Spirit – since He is God the Creator, it all seemed so simple and easy. Disorder is of evil purpose – and God’s purpose is Order – Divine Order. Order on the scale of the Lord’s creation, is too big a view for mankind to embrace fully. Thus, we cannot know God’s mind. That would be an understatement of colossal proportion. Most Christians are “milk” Christians, and that was I when this revelation happened; therefore this simplistic view of that revelation was all that my mind was capable of at that time.

I find it interesting that well over twenty years later, I finally see the more complex meaning . . . well, let us rather say, I finally see A more complex meaning. It is possible that in 20 more years the Lord will let me see even more meaning that is true. What I see today is the meaning of being trounced out of the Garden of His knowable Perfection. What was taken from us was God’s view of things; and now we are participants in time and space, and limited dimensions. The Bible implies this, and science is catching up . . . in that science now claims that other dimensions exist – but man cannot know them directly. That means that without these other dimensions, the building blocks of science no longer work.

What I glimpsed for a few minutes in the multitude of time was everything perhaps as God sees it, but absolutely as man and woman saw it before being trounced out into our very limited view and existence. I am amazed that there is a serious scientist left on the planet that does not believe in our super-intelligent creation. From General Physical Science to Quantum Physics, order is the defining factor to everything. Once you start digging in the Sciences, you come to realize in that limited knowable stuff we think we have yet to discover, what is unknown is a much larger field than what we know. That is the most shocking fact of the Sciences that there is today. Compounding the issue, just when we think we know something to be fact, we discover something else that sets our “facts” on their ears. To be fair, you can find many scientists who set out to disprove the Bible, and became believers. I am amazed at what people are prepared to believe without a whit of knowledge. The fact that science cannot predict accurately the weather next week makes the fact of so many people buying into the theory of first life altering global cooling, and then twenty years later they believe in life altering global warming. Ignorance sure does love an imaginative story.

What is most amazing about the revelation I saw is not just the “order” of everything, but a mere glimpse of the absolute beauty and perfection of His Creation. Once trounced, Satan continued his pursuit of all mankind, and the fact of our being outside of God’s perfect realm made us easier to get to. God, in His perfection, came up with a perfect plan for our redemption. The rest of the story you already know. God created this time existence we live in, and He sees it all . . . day one . . . day end . . . and the millenniums in-between. He knows you. He knows me. He knows which of us are faithful to our belief in His Gospel. If you do not know the Gospel of Jesus Christ – God coming to man by His own choice to be born as human form – fulfilled the multitude of prophecies of the Old Testament – died by His own decision to do so, for He had the power to not do it – and returning to man and seen by hundreds of witnesses so we would understand the truth and His glory – and that the purpose of our very existence is for His glory – I highly recommend you to study the Bible, and learn the Gospel, and see His signature on every book that He chose to be included in the Bible. We each have nothing to lose if we become believers, and everything to gain by doing so.

We are witnessing in politics as well as many of our churches those who are calling “others” their enemies. From our political leaders to many famous “men of God” preaching that they are the answer to man’s problems. They also own the most evil statement that the ends justify the means – and that means is telling you that instead of America being the Christian nation of good endeavors and a light of example for the world, that America must degrade itself and become a 3rd world nation so all nations in the world will be meager and without hope equally.
How much of what you think is based in negative thoughts?
How much of what you believe is based on “hearsay” instead of your own first-hand knowledge?
How much of what you believe your basic rights are based in other men trying to control you instead of from God?
How often do you identify any gossip you hear as true, instead of seeking out the facts?
You don’t have to tell me or anyone else what you truly think – I implore you to think on those questions with serious endeavor to find the truth for yourself.

Let me give you two such examples . . . First, education . . . Is there a group / culture in America whose children almost always excel in education? Is there a group / culture whose children do not usually finish high school? Does the first group have strong family values? Does the second group not have strong family values? Why is it that the second group is always becoming slaves to other men?
Second, who you work for . . . we just heard President Obama state that your medical care is a right, and not a privilege. Oh, I can see the multitudes praising such thought. They do not think things such as this statement through to completion. If that is true, then the State must own the doctors and nurses who will provide this free treatment. How will they continue to pay for these doctors and nurses (yes, and others like technicians)? As the government is already in the hole, and doesn’t have any money to pay these people, something soon will have to happen . . . they will nationalize these industries, and doctors and nurses will get paid relatively squat. Soon, no one will want to be a doctor or a nurse. Soon after that they will force people to study in these fields – based on genetic tests for the correct aptitudes. NOW the big question – when will you become a slave also? You already are for practical purposes, rooting for the enslavement of doctors and nurses. Oh yes you are – you believe you have a RIGHT to free medical care – which is functionally done by doctors and nurses.

The “thought police” are not running rampant yet, but we do see the “handwriting on the wall.” Write down what you believe – then examine the premise behind what you believe – come to terms with your beliefs as to whether they will or will not promote a good consequence for you and others – think things through to completion. Once you have applied this technique to your own beliefs, you can start to see groups for their good or evil beliefs. You each have the power to see the truth. For example – instead of stating that the revelation I received is impossible or crazy . . . change to the positive thought of “why not?” I believe what I saw as a miracle or revelation that came because of my absolute belief in Him. You could say that I am a flawed person . . . Indeed; you could find many negative things to accuse of me to make you feel better about dismissing what I say to you. None of us are perfect, and we are all flawed . . . Indeed the Lord often chose very flawed people to bring Him to others in the Bible. It isn’t about me, it is about the revelation He gifted me with for a twinkling of an eye in time. All things are possible through our Lord and Savior.

WE ARE SCREWED . . .

Please pay attention to the attached video, and read this introduction. Please also think long and hard about what is being said in this video. Judge Napolitano has the right of the NSA issues that could potentially affect you on any given day in America. If you have any sort of enemy . . . and that enemy reports lies about you to any agency (including IRS) . . . and they go to the NSA to get enough information through your postings in social sites, your emails both work and personal, and even your medical records, they will find something they can twist and construe to be illegal . . . THEN YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT YOU ARE SCREWED. The favor bank makes the world go round, and there are negative and positive areas of that favor bank. Most of us do not keep tabs on favors coming or going out in our sphere of friends and family. That doesn’t mean that the bad guys don’t have a mental ledger on you of perceived favors, both good and bad.

Have you wondered why there are so many laws and regulations in so many categories, that no one person or a team of persons could possibly know them all? The ‘powers that be’ depend on so many laws and regulations that one could argue that almost anyone is guilty of something if you dig around enough in their life. YOUR LIFE . . . telephone conversations, emails, work correspondence, happy hour conversations that someone else repeated in a casual correspondence, something you said in church regarding your beliefs, and so on . . . are you sure you are completely without something in your life that could be convincingly manipulated to be seen as law breaking? Not only that, but remember, everything rolls downhill – we have a Federal Administration, a Congress, and a multitude of Judges, all deciding which laws they will enforce, which laws they will not enforce, and how each law will be interpreted, with NO consistency among these entities . . . and no honor. Law is no longer based on the U.S. Constitution, but on elusive case law. What is easily done at the top in America is picked up as normal behavior at State and local levels. You already know – whether you are left or right – whether you support them or not – that they not only twist the truth of matters often, but are capable of outright lying. One of your closest friends could owe someone big time in that invisible favor bank of life and betray you, even though it might break their heart and yours for them to do so – or not.

I have experienced someone lying about me and my activities – and their lawyer was a fellow Mason – and the Judge was a fellow Mason – and they bought my lawyer off to assist them in their ‘sting’ (she was going through a divorce herself, and needed the money).  When they have the power of illegal camaraderie, there is nothing legal or peaceful that you can do to stop them. You walk away with your head held up, understanding that the vengeance of the truth is the Lord’s, and you start your life anew. I was so thankful that I had the Lord, and peace within myself.

Don’t get me wrong, I sorely missed the money and furnishings I lost that were rightfully mine. But, my life does not depend on stick and bricks, for sticks and bricks do not make a home. My happiness did not depend on furnishings I had worked and paid for before the marriage, for I was capable of working and buying them again. Walking away is the right thing to do, when fighting will hurt you more than it will hurt anyone else. When dealing with lies and deceit, there is a time to turn and fight, and a time to thank the Lord you made it out with your faith intact.

For each of us the answers to such dilemmas should be basic. You must measure what has been taken from you to see if it has too great of value for you to lose. Anything that is God given to you – by reason and right of your life – is worth fighting for: your life; your child’s life; your liberty; your honest and Godly path to happiness, and what you have earned through the fruits of your labor. When the issue is one of property that is easily replaced, I would prefer not to fight. When the issue is honor, sometimes it is best to walk away a wiser person. I cannot make these decisions for you, and no one else should have the right to make your decisions. In the instance of America’s independence, men chose to come together and fight together to reclaim their lives to be lived with Judeo-Christian values. The greatest nation of free people was the result. Sadly, it is being dismantled before our eyes, and the majority of Americans do not rightly understand the grand and evil plan that is afoot. I pray daily for the Lord’s will to be done.

Too many will see this video and shrug it off as if it doesn’t really matter or pertain to them. If that describes you, I would ask you to recheck your premise. Should we all work with honest and peaceful determination to bring our nation back into the realms of the U. S. Constitution, making certain that our elected and assigned to office follow the law, and remembering that they are civil servants to the American people? Are you otherwise willing to allow our government to continue to deteriorate until the effects of that deteriorated government affect you or your loved ones? I would ask you to take this video very seriously. I am passing it on to you, and asking that you pass it on to every American you know. If they do not understand this video, please help them to understand this serious issue that affects all Americans.

What if there are souls living in the dimensions unknowable to us?
They are screwing with our space technology and send us images
of what they want us to know – nothing. Just Kidding.  That seemed
infinitely more cheerful than the state of the union – or even the
planet. If we would all concentrate on not blaming others for our
lot in life, and just get on with living and necessary endeavors, as well
as loving endeavors . . . as well as amazing endeavors. America
could evolve intact and healthy again. The largest death knell is
certainly the regression of humans in general – so willing to become
even less than ordinary.

DID YOU KNOW THAT ALL BUT 4 STATES HAVE IMPLEMENTED NATIONWIDE PUBLIC SCHOOL STANDARDS IN PROGRAMS LIKE COMMON CORE (MOST PREVALENT), and C-SCOPE – with the goal of Nationalizing and dumbing down our children to a lower level than we have seen the last 30 years? Lower testing scores is already a reality from 2012 to 2013? Texas outlawed COMMON CORE and yet they are catching teachers using that dumbed down curriculum because they are too ignorant to teach our children higher standards?

My generation spent a lot of time and effort to bring the corporations we worked for to the realization that all corporations benefit from quality control policies and procedures that bring about mandatory procedures that insure these kinds of errors do not occur. The next generation who does not like their errors to be realized, has done away with good quality control. Because their jobs are about them and not about the corporations they work for. Heaven forbid anyone’s feelings should be hurt when a Quality Control System finds their errors early on.

I had to stop reading halfway down. i do appreciate the article and all of the opinions thereafter, but I believe that we are spending too much time in retrospect. Has it occurred to anyone that these un-American power players keep us talking about what has already happened ad-nauseum. I am worried about what is on the terror horizon . . . our troops become more surrounded and vulnerable each day. This administration has no love for our military and if you think leaving 4 people to die because of the in-action of our leaders . . . I PRAY EVERY DAY THAT I AM WRONG ABOUT WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO OUR TROOPS IN THE MIDDLE EAST IN RELATIVELY SHORT TIME. Our enemies have chemical weapons, and tactical nuke weapons, and even nukes. It is naive to even think that Iran couldn’t buy a nuke on the black market. There are so many Soviet nukes missing for so long now, everyone has forgotten about them. Before we invaded Iraq we telescoped what we were going to do for days on end – and we watched the convoy of 18 wheelers leaving Iraq, and those 2 ships that left Iraq and were very far away – silent running – by the time we invaded. Yes, we are running weapons to our enemies – for both sides in Syria are our proven enemies. Yes, our government is infiltrated with enemies – and that is why there will be a major attack on our troops with no backup from our ships in time to make a difference. So, you guys can disagree with me – but please PRAY WITH ME THAT I AM WRONG.

Who is the Zealot? (Fanatical Religious Extremist)

Almost anything I write to you seems so unworthy when I think that God has read it before I have even typed these words; but He will have me do my best. I learned of a book that is getting much media attention, and pushing it into the literary center arena. An author by the name of Resa Azlan has written a book about Jesus entitled, Zealot. This man has proven himself to be a liar by way of what he says he teaches, and regarding his 4 college degrees. What I would like to address is a quote from Resa Azlan, “I do not believe that Jesus is God; nor do I believe that he ever thought that he was God; or that he ever said he was God.” This man claims to be an expert on the New Testament. He is a Muslim who was a Christian before college. I believe Mr. Azlan is the Zealot – as a fanatical anti-Christian. One of his degrees has to do with fiction writing, and another degree on political delivery through film and literature – and, based on this quote, I contend that his expertize on the New Testament is twisted fiction with a nefarious purpose. He is intentionally feeding luke-warm Christians – milk Christians – and secular Christians false information to turn them from their Christian faith. As if many of Americas Christians need much of a push into believing fiction to feel better about the sins in their lives that have lead so many to depression, failed marriages, and harmful addictions . . . any myriad of avenues to pain and false hope.

You may be currently absent from reading the Bible, and have previously known it well. You may never have read the Bible (if many polls of Christians are accurate they have revealed that a majority of Christians have not read most of the Bible). Before you are duped by one more fictional literary fad, believed to be true, I would like very much to share with you the scriptures that follow here. I prayed for guidance in selecting the scriptures that would be most helpful in this situation. Eight pages of scripture, as a choice sampling of The New Testament Gospels, is a small investment of your time, and I pray you will take the few minutes it will take to read them.

I talk to God all the time . . . I feel the Holy Spirit helping me every day. When Jesus left us over 2,000 years ago, He left us with His Holy Spirit – everyone is connected to His Holy Spirit; and all Christian believers are aware of it within them. If I could give it to you wrapped in a package I could hand you as a gift, I would . . . but, each of us has to come to the Lord of our own choice / free will. God, Jesus, and Holy Spirit are three aspects of our one Christian God.

I offer the following scriptures – FIRST in hopes every reader will be spiritually uplifted in them – and, SECOND as a direct rebuttal to Azlan’s fictional book presented as truth regarding Jesus. Unfortunately, many read fictional books all the time and believe every word in them is true. As for me, I spent today re-reading the gospels, and I am uplifted once again as if I read them for the first time every time. I pray for you to feel what I feel, and for you to know what I know. The King James Version of the Holy Bible is counted among Biblical experts to be an excellent translation – the same cannot be said of some newer translations. I have done some comparative reading, and it is my experience that some newer translations have twisted the meaning of many scriptures by changing the words. These scriptures are all from The King James Version of The Holy Bible.

MATTHEW 16:15     He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?

JOHN 6:45     It is written in the prophets, And they shall be all taught of God. Every man therefore that hath heard, and hath learned of the Father, cometh unto me.
JOHN 6:46     Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.
JOHN 6:47     Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me hath everlasting life.
JOHN 6:48     I am that bread of life.
JOHN 6:49     Your fathers did eat manna in the wilderness, and are dead.
JOHN 6:50     This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.
JOHN 6:51     I am the living bread which came down from heaven: if any man eat of this bread, he shall live for ever: and the bread that I will give is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world.
JOHN 6:52     The Jews therefore strove among themselves, saying, How can this man give us [his] flesh to eat?
JOHN 6:53     Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except ye eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, ye have no life in you.
JOHN 6:54     Whoso eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day.
JOHN 6:55     For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed.
JOHN 6:56     He that eateth my flesh, and drinketh my blood, dwelleth in me, and I in him.
JOHN 6:57     As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father: so he that eateth me, even he shall live by me.
JOHN 6:58     This is that bread which came down from heaven: not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead: he that eateth of this bread shall live for ever.
JOHN 6:59     These things said he in the synagogue, as he taught in Capernaum.
JOHN 6:60     Many therefore of his disciples, when they had heard [this], said, This is an hard saying; who can hear it?
JOHN 6:61     When Jesus knew in himself that his disciples murmured at it, he said unto them, Doth this offend you?
JOHN 6:62     [What] and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before?
JOHN 6:63     It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, [they] are spirit, and [they] are life.

JOHN 6:65     And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father.
JOHN 6:66     From that [time] many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him.
JOHN 6:67     Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away?
JOHN 6:68     Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life.
JOHN 6:69      And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God.
JOHN 6:70     Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
JOHN 6:71     He spake of Judas Iscariot [the son] of Simon: for he it was that should betray him, being one of the twelve.

JOHN 7:31     And many of the people believed on him, and said, When Christ cometh, will he do more miracles than these which this [man] hath done?

JOHN 7:33     Then said Jesus unto them, Yet a little while am I with you, and [then] I go unto him that sent me.

JOHN 7:35     Then said the Jews among themselves, Whither will he go, that we shall not find him? will he go unto the dispersed among the Gentiles, and teach the Gentiles?
JOHN 7:36     What [manner of] saying is this that he said, Ye shall seek me, and shall not find [me]: and where I am, [thither] ye cannot come?
JOHN 7:37     In the last day, that great [day] of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
JOHN 7:38     He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.
JOHN 7:39     (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet [given]; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)
JOHN 7:40     Many of the people therefore, when they heard this saying, said, Of a truth this is the Prophet.
JOHN 7:41     Others said, This is the Christ. But some said, Shall Christ come out of Galilee?
JOHN 7:42     Hath not the scripture said, That Christ cometh of the seed of David, and out of the town of Bethlehem, where David was?

JOHN 8:28     Then said Jesus unto them, When ye have lifted up the Son of man, then shall ye know that I am [he], and [that] I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things.
JOHN 8:29     And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
JOHN 8:30     As he spake these words, many believed on him.
JOHN 8:31     Then said Jesus to those Jews which believed on him, If ye continue in my word, [then] are ye my disciples indeed;
JOHN 8:32     And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.
JOHN 8:33     They answered him, We be Abraham’s seed, and were never in bondage to any man: how sayest thou, Ye shall be made free?
JOHN 8:34     Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.
JOHN 8:35     And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: [but] the Son abideth ever.
JOHN 8:36     If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.
JOHN 8:37     I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you.
JOHN 8:38     I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.
JOHN 8:39     They answered and said unto him, Abraham is our father. [[They didn’t understand that God is their father.]] Jesus saith unto them, If ye were Abraham’s children, ye would do the works of Abraham.
JOHN 8:40    But now ye seek to kill me, a man that hath told you the truth, which I have heard of God: this did not Abraham.
JOHN 8:41     Ye do the deeds of your father. Then said they to him, We be not born of fornication; we have one Father, [even] God.
JOHN 8:42     Jesus said unto them, If God were your Father, ye would love me: for I proceeded forth and came from God; neither came I of myself, but he sent me.
JOHN 8:43     Why do ye not understand my speech? [even] because ye cannot hear my word.
JOHN 8:44     Ye are of [your] father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
JOHN 8:45     And because I tell [you] the truth, ye believe me not.
JOHN 8:46     Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?
JOHN 8:47     He that is of God heareth God’s words: ye therefore hear [them] not, because ye are not of God.
JOHN 8:48     Then answered the Jews, and said unto him, Say we not well that thou art a Samaritan, and hast a devil?
JOHN 8:49     Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.
JOHN 8:50     And I seek not mine own glory: there is one that seeketh and judgeth.
JOHN 8:51     Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.
JOHN 8:52     Then said the Jews unto him, Now we know that thou hast a devil. Abraham is dead, and the prophets; and thou sayest, If a man keep my saying, he shall never taste of death.
JOHN 8:53     Art thou greater than our father Abraham, which is dead? and the prophets are dead: whom makest thou thyself?
JOHN 8:54     Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God:
JOHN 8:55     Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.
JOHN 8:56      Your father Abraham rejoiced to see my day: and he saw [it], and was glad.
JOHN 8:57     Then said the Jews unto him, Thou art not yet fifty years old, and hast thou seen Abraham?
JOHN 8:58     Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.
JOHN 8:59     Then took they up stones to cast at him: but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple, going through the midst of them, and so passed by.

JOHN 10:1     Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber.

JOHN 10:3     To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out.
JOHN 10:4     And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
JOHN 10:5     And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.
JOHN 10:6     This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them.
JOHN 10:7     Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep.
JOHN 10:8     All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them.
JOHN 10:9     I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.
JOHN 10:10     The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have [it] more abundantly.
JOHN 10:11     I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
JOHN 10:12     But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
JOHN 10:13     The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep. [[We have known many of these.]]
JOHN 10:14     I am the good shepherd, and know my [sheep], and am known of mine.
JOHN 10:15     As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
JOHN 10:16     And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall  hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, [and] one shepherd. [[Remember the gospels were written for the Jew (Just as the Pauline Epistles were written for the Christian). Here the Lord is telling them that there are others – Gentiles – Christians.]]
JOHN 10:17     Therefore doth my Father love me, because I lay down my life, that I might take it again.
JOHN 10:18     No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself. I have power to lay it down, and I have power to take it again. This commandment have I received of my Father.
JOHN 10:19     There was a division therefore again among the Jews for these sayings.
JOHN 10:20     And many of them said, He hath a devil, and is mad; why hear ye him?
JOHN 10:21     Others said, These are not the words of him that hath a devil. Can a devil open the eyes of the blind?
JOHN 10:22     And it was at Jerusalem the feast of the dedication, and it was winter.
JOHN 10:23     And Jesus walked in the temple in Solomon’s porch.
JOHN 10:24     Then came the Jews round about him, and said unto him, How long dost thou make us to doubt? If thou be the Christ, tell us plainly.
JOHN 10:25     Jesus answered them, I told you, and ye believed not: the works that I do in my Father’s name, they bear witness of me.
JOHN 10:26     But ye believe not, because ye are not of my sheep, as I said unto you.
JOHN 10:27     My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
JOHN 10:28     And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any [man] pluck them out of my hand.
JOHN 10:29     My Father, which gave [them] me, is greater than all; and no [man] is able to pluck [them] out of my Father’s hand.
JOHN 10:30      I and [my] Father are one.
JOHN 10:31     Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him.
JOHN 10:32     Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me?
JOHN 10:33     The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
JOHN 10:34     Jesus answered them, Is it not written in your law, I said, Ye are gods? [[Psalm 82:6]]
JOHN 10:35     If he called them gods, unto whom the word of God came, and the scripture cannot be broken;
JOHN 10:36     Say ye of him, whom the Father hath sanctified, and sent into the world, Thou blasphemest; because I said, I am the Son of God?
JOHN 10:37     If I do not the works of my Father, believe me not.

JOHN 10:38     But if I do, though ye believe not me, believe the works: that ye may know, and believe, that the Father [is] in me, and I in him.
JOHN 10:39     Therefore they sought again to take him: but he escaped out of their hand,
JOHN 10:40     And went away again beyond Jordan into the place where JOHN at first baptized; and there he abode.
JOHN 10:41     And many resorted unto him, and said, JOHN did no miracle: but all things that JOHN spake of this man were true.
JOHN 10:42     And many believed on him there.

Last Year’s Easter Treat – Because tomorrow I will reference this – in a new Commentary

FOR EASTER, I have a treat for my friends. There are thousands of wonderful details in the Bible to be discovered by the serious study of God’s Word. The Old Testament and New Testament do become one when the thousands of details are shown to be interwoven together. Jesus was descended from the royal line of David through Mary and Joseph. That in itself is fascinating. The following is an excerpt from a book (referenced at the end) regarding Jesus heritage. It doesn’t take very long to read (2.5 pages), but you will feel rewarded for having read this . . .

“THE DESIGN OF THE GOSPELS

“The first thing to notice about the Gospels is they are skillfully designed. Matthew was a Jew, a Levite; he presents Jesus Christ as the Messiah of Israel. Mark (really, Peter’s Gospel) presents Him as the suffering servant. Luke, a doctor, presents him as the Son of God. Every detail of each Gospel is tailored to suit its specific perspective.

“For example, let’s start with the genealogies. Matthew was a Jew so he started his genealogy, as any Jew would, with Abraham. He presented the legal family tree of Jesus. Mark is the only Gospel that doesn’t have a genealogy. Why? Because we aren’t concerned about the pedigree of a servant. Luke’s genealogy started with Adam because, being a physician, he focused on the fact that Jesus was the Son of Man. In John’s Gospel, the first three verses are the genealogy of the preexistent one, the one who had no beginning or end.

“SIDE NOTE:

In the Old Testament, we see Christ in prophecy.

In the Gospels, we see Christ in history.

In Acts, we see Christ in the Church.

In the Epistles, we see Christ in our experience.

In the Apocalypse, we see Christ in His coming glory.

“A MYSTERY IN THE GENEALOGIES

“We know that the Messiah was to come from the royal line of David. But by the time of Jeconiah, God was so fed up with the degeneration of the kings of Judah that He pronounced a blood curse on the line!”

“Write ye this man childless, a man that shall not prosper in his days: for no man of his seed shall prosper, sitting upon the throne of David, and ruling any more in Judah. (Jeremiah 22:30)”

“Again, I suspect that when God declared this blood curse, there must have been a celebration in the councils of Satan. Satan surely must have thought, “Boy, God has shot Himself in the foot on this one because on the one hand He has committed Himself to producing the Messiah from the family of David, yet now there is a curse on the royal family tree of David.” But then I also imagine God turning to the angels saying, “Watch this one!”

“From Abraham to David the two genealogies in Matthew and Luke are identical. But when they get to David, the two genealogies diverge. Matthew went through the first surviving son of Bathsheba, Solomon; through Rehoboam and on to Jehoiachin whose son, Jeconiah, was the subject of this blood curse. It finally ends with Joseph, who is the legal father of Jesus but not the blood father. The curse of Jeconiah was on the blood line. But Jesus is not of the bloodline of Joseph. He is merely the legal son of Joseph.

“When Luke got to David he took a left turn and went through Nathan, the second surviving son of Bathsheba, and on through to Heli, who was the father of Mary and the father-in-law of Joseph. The genealogy of Mary is in Luke. The Virgin Birth, which was hinted in the Garden of Eden and prophesied by Isaiah, was also an “end run” on the blood curse of Jeconiah.

“Every verse, every detail in the Scripture is there by design, and once you make that discovery, it will change your whole approach to understanding the Bible.”

The preceding between the quotes is from a book I gave many people I knew for Christmas in 2002 or 2003 (time flies). It is a wonderful short study of the Bible titled; Learn the Bible in 24 Hours, by Dr. Chuck Missler. I gave this gift to those who knew their Bibles well, as well as those that did not. It is a wonderful read no matter where you are in your journey with God’s word.
