I am a retired accountant / operations manager. Over the years, it became apparent that I was building a reputation for being an organizational wizard, with sound accounting and operational expertise. It was all so much fun most of the time. Growing business whether they are new or crippled, is exciting stuff.
I live with my husband on the Texas Gulf Coast. This must be the rest of the happily-ever-after-ing, for the retirement phase, even though medically forced, is finally feeling comfortable. I deal with a lot of pain – by using the diversions of reading, writing, movie watching, cooking, eating out, medications, a lot of laughter, and Lord knows what else. A night and a day with those pesky Grandgirls (almost 3 and 4 years old) can sure wear me out, but I wouldn’t miss a minute of it for the world.
