My generation spent a lot of time and effort to bring the corporations we worked for to the realization that all corporations benefit from quality control policies and procedures that bring about mandatory procedures that insure these kinds of errors do not occur. The next generation who does not like their errors to be realized, has done away with good quality control. Because their jobs are about them and not about the corporations they work for. Heaven forbid anyone’s feelings should be hurt when a Quality Control System finds their errors early on.
