IT IS BIBLICAL June 15, 2020

My son lost another friend to suicide, another Gen X child. I know these adults believe their physical or mental pain is unbearable. Perhaps they did not understand the depths of despair they leave behind for every family member and friend. Nor did they understand this act is a departure of and failure of their faith. I wish I had an opportunity to talk to them.

In large part I blame the school systems for teaching a proven lie, named evolution. According to evolution humans are created accidentally out of pond scum that evolved into apes, and then evolved into you and I. What a deplorable lie. We know from many things that we are created beings, not the least of which is the digital code of our DNA.

To accept that we are created, one must repent of their sins, and endeavor to live turning from sin. But the alternative is not taught in schools, and we can all blame ourselves for this. If they were taught that they were deliberately, “fearfully, and wonderfully made” they would feel special, and loved by The Lord that created them. Taking their own lives means they had no solid belief that God had a special plan for their lives.

I also blame the families who stopped going to their churches of their youth, when their churches were taken over by evil purpose. Some turned away because they did not have the drive to do anything about the casualness of sin in the 21st century. Turning from sin is easier than many believe. Once I accepted the gospel regarding Jesus Christ, a change happened in me. I feel the Lord 24/7/365 inside of me. I talk to Him all the time, not only when life gets a bit too much for me to deal with.

My faith is strong and steady.  I know that The Lord created me. The Bible speaks of The Lord knowing you before you were in your mother’s womb. He created you and knows you. He loves you and wants you to come to Him of your own free will.

Consider these verses:

Jeremiah 1:5 (KJV) “Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.”

“Psalm 139:13-14 For thou hast possessed my reins: thou hast covered me in my mother’s womb.
I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.”

“Isaiah 44:24 (KJV) Thus saith the Lord, thy redeemer, and he that formed thee from the womb, I am the Lord that maketh all things; that stretcheth forth the heavens alone; that spreadeth abroad the earth by myself;”

“Galatians 1:15 (KJV) But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,”

“Ephesians 1:4 (KJV) According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:”

The Lord wants you to come to Him of your own volition. You have a choice yes or no – no gray areas – no maybes. The World tries to woo you to foil God’s plans for you.

“Jeremiah 29:11 (KJV) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.”

The Lord also expects you to live by faith, and to know He exists based solely on the magnitude of His Creation. The Bible says there will be no excuses good enough for not knowing He is your Creator.

“Romans 1:16-25
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.”

It is not too late to come to The Lord.
It is not too late to help your adult children back to Christ.
It is not too late to change what our children are being taught in school.
It is not too late to recover your church from un-Biblical forces.
It is not too late to turn America back on a Godly path.
It is not too late to become a teacher in your church.
It is not too late to run for political office for one or two turns as your civic duty; setting an example.
IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO TALK TO THE YOUNG FOLKS IN OUR REPUBLIC, TELLING THEM THAT THEY ARE BEAUTIFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE, AND THERE IS NO PROBLEM YOU CANNOT HELP THEM WITH. Maybe we can stop the suicides.

HOW I LOVE MY ENEMY

Dear Lord, there are people down here lying their teeth out, sinning to cover their insecurities, and telling themselves and others that it doesn’t matter because YOU do not exist!

Well, I have pondered this problem for many a year. I think I have come to understand it.

I tell everyone they must love their enemies. I tell folks that it is right to do it because YOU say so. I realize now there is more to the explanation for me to share.

We are each made by The Lord before we are in our Mamma’s womb. In each of us you have hardwired the path back to you; hardwired from our body to our soul, and on to our spirit.

We must love our enemies because it may be the only true love they ever know. If enough of us Christians love our enemies, it may be enough to get through to their souls and help them on to their spirit. If their spirit grows, then they can find The Lord’s Holy Spirit – and the ultimate Love of The Lord.

The Truth and The Life is Jesus and His Holy Spirit. We Christians always need to keep the line of communication between our spirit and His Holy Spirit open. We may be the example the enemy seeks when our prayers of love open their soul’s path to their spirit and then The Lord.

My Mamma gave me my first Bible. I will tell you like she told me, “read it with love and love it.” With love I pass this message on to you, so maybe you will pass it on to others. It is because I have read it with love, and have loved THE WORDS, that my soul opened up and gave free reign to my spirit to go both ways – TO HIM – and to you.

The next time someone tells you they don’t understand how we are supposed to love our enemies, please pass on this small dissertation on the subject that I give with all of my heart from HIM to you.

‘MAKING AMERICA GREAT AGAIN’ SERIES – COMMENTARY ONE – MARRIAGE

This is it; the one that caused writer’s block. The subject matter has done much to divide America, and all the way down to the family and close, warm, personal, friend level in society. A question: Why should I turn my back on my centuries old Christian beliefs of marriage, to pretend to embrace someone else’s beliefs – JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT ME TO THINK SOMETHING I AM NOT HARD WIRED TO THINK? It is a ridiculous proposition. I am praying the emotional blackmail of deceitful Political Correctness has run its course, and failed in America. We may be surprised at how fast certain aspects of the Politically Correct model of America may change over-night, if American Christians turn away from Secular Christianity fraught with agnostic, and even pagan beliefs.

It still confounds me as to how such a small segment of our population was hijacked by the enemy within, using the truly evil practices of Political Correctness to insert counter-culture ideals into the very core of our American Culture. The “latest estimate shows that 3.8% of our population actually identify as LGBT,” as per Gallup. (1) We can scarcely turn on the big or little screens without having the gay lifestyle crammed down our throats. The fabric of our Christian nation is weak to have allowed this content to be in the realm of 100% saturation of our children through school, through television, and through music.

SKREEEEECCCHHHHHHH! STOP! NEWS FLASH! THE LIONS SHARE OF BLAME FOR OUR POLITICALLY CORRECT BROKEN AMERICA IS NOT THE 3.8% OF OUR POPULATION — IT IS A LARGE PORTION OF THE 75% OF AMERICANS WHO SAY THEY ARE CHRISTIANS – but, do not follow the Commandments Jesus gave us; nor do they follow the Ten Commandments handed down to Moses from God. No Christian precept may have been violated more than the scriptures telling us about Marriage. How many married Christians are following what the Word of God says about marriage? What Baby Boomers passed down to our children, and grandchildren is a lack of respect for our heterosexual Christian marriage. If the institution of marriage had not been sorely abused, we would be a wholesome America not needing to “Make America Great Again.”

How many marriages failed because The Lord was not present in the marriage? I can tell you that The Lord was not present in my failed marriages. Then I got on my knees and asked the Lord to forgive me for having a victim mentality when it came to relationships with men. I did not know my scriptures well, and therefore, I had no reference of what life was all about. Because I did not know my Bible, I was totally without any real help. We exist for God’s glory, and if we are here for God’s glory, then we should know what pleases God. One day I prayed to understand the scriptures, and it was as if a light had been turned on in my soul, and in my mind. Not only do I understand the scriptures, but I also understand who is in the scriptures and why my understanding is so important to a happy life.

Not long after that, I prayed on my knees, and asked The Lord to pick me a husband who loved The Lord, would be faithful to me, and who would love me in all the ways I love. My marriage with John for two decades has been a miracle to me every day. The love and respect in the beginning has grown over the years. Hardships came and went without much fuss, because we had something bigger in our lives than teen aged children testing us at every turn, careers, wealth, or health issues. I look back and see much love and laughter every day of our marriage ordained by God. We pray to be an example to our loved ones, and to others . . . even to be a catalyst for others to improve their marriages. John and I see other good marriages, and we are further strengthened in the purpose of the gifts God has given each of us to be a help to you when we are able.

For Americans to “Make America Great Again,” America’s Christian population must renew their relationship with Christ, and renew their commitment to great marriages. Great marriages make great families. Great families make an involved citizenry that looks to local schools, churches, and community institutions with The Lord’s Christian Absolutes in mind. WE DO NOT CHECK OUR CHRISTIAN FAITH AT ANY DOOR, FOR ANYONE. If we are Christian, who we are is Christian to the bone.

Sadly, only a small percentage of today’s American Christian population has read The Bible. Because they do not know what their Bible says, they have nothing of encouraging value when it is most needed.
“Today, about one-third of American adults report reading the Bible once a week or more. The percentage is highest among Elders (49%) and lowest among Millennials (24%).” (2) The Word of God, contains the Moral Absolutes Christians need to live a wholesome life.  ‘All come short of His Glory’ (3); and when we have fallen short of His Glory, we are to repent, seek forgiveness, and move on in life without the need to keep going back to learn the same lesson over, and over again. We are to grow spiritually, for which there is much help in studying The Bible.

Satan, and his minions, exist to trip you up by giving you the Big Lie of Moral Relativism. It means that my faith is the faith of life, and someone else’s is the faith of death. Moral Relativism says that they are equal and both true. It also means that the death crowd believes their views should be taught to my children, and it is only fair for my children to be exposed to their minority faith. I do not believe in Moral Relativism, and cannot abide by such negative and lethal forces to be allowed anywhere near my children, and grandchildren.

The truth is that our marriages are a reminder of the relationship Christ has with His Church here on Earth. When we dishonor the millennium old tradition of Christian marriage, we are also dishonoring our relationship with Christ – we are The Church – Christ’s Church. Our marriages should be an example to all the goodness of Holy union with our spouse, and with our Lord as members of His Church. There are many scriptures about marriage, but this is the most excellent in my view:

“EPHESIANS 5:
“20 Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;

21 Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

22 Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, as unto The Lord.

23 For the husband is the head of the wife, even as Christ is the head of the Church: and He is the saviour of the body.

24 Therefore as The Church is subject unto Christ, so let the wives be to their own husbands in every thing.

25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;

26 That He might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by The Word,

27 That He might present it to Himself a glorious Church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

28 So ought men to love their wives as their own bodies. He that loveth his wife loveth himself.

29 For no man ever yet hated his own flesh; but nourisheth and cherisheth it, even as The Lord The Church:

30 For we are members of His body, of His flesh, and of His bones.

31 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and they two shall be one flesh.

32 This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ and The Church.

33 Nevertheless let every one of you in particular so love his wife even as himself; and the wife see that she reverence her husband.”

Not that John and I have the perfect marriage, for there is no such thing under the sun; however, we stand on 20+ years of the closest thing to it that either of us have ever seen. We have seen other good marriages, but ours is almost supernaturally excellent. The Lord matched us up – two givers. The love and mutual respect is a part of the success. I think that we like our male and female roles, and we enjoy being male and female as God made us down to the DNA in our cells. We have also been blessed beyond measure, and our prayers have all been answered. We do not forget to ask Him to help us attain needed medical help, as well as help for others. Some say we are lucky. I don’t believe in luck; I believe in recognizing the blessings in our lives without ceasing.

Solomon was the second son of David and Bathsheba. His mother worried that his father had taught him to be a womanizer. Bathsheba’s pet name for her son is Lemuel and we see in Proverb 31 the advice she imparts to him regarding a wife – a wife worthy of a King!!

PROVERB 31
10 Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies.

11 The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil.

12 She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life.

13 She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands.

14 She is like the merchants’ ships; she bringeth her food from afar.

15 She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens.

16 She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard.

17 She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms.

18 She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night.

19 She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff.

20 She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy.

21 She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet.

22 She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple.

23 Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land.

25 Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come.

26 She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.

27 She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.

28 Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her.

29 Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the Lord, she shall be praised.

31 Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates.”

We have witnessed in America the deliberate masculation of women by certain factions of our population, and the counter emasculation of men in that process. For every movement under the sun, there is a counter movement that occurs. Women hit their forties and wondered at their biological clocks tick, tick, ticking away, and the absence of available marriageable men. Many of these women became bitter and angry, without recognizing if they had played a part in the sad outcome . . . without asking for forgiveness for the error of their ways, and their biological clock alarms stopped ringing. Many men who turned from women, have not found the peace they were seeking. The saddest part in all of this is the effect it has had on the next two generations.

The studies of children in America is a hotbed of information. It matters not who did the study, or how scientific, there is always a group of naysayers. “Dr. Mark Regnerus is a University of Texas Sociologist who rocketed to fame – or infamy, depending on one’s views of homosexual parenting – in 2012 with the publication of his study about how well children are doing.” (4) Other studies from the LGBT crowd have proven to be “fixed” by the subjects in the study. Dr. Regnerus’ study skyrocketed because of his actual random sampling of a large study group. BUT, we can look to studies of children from broken homes, alcoholic homes, abusive home, welfare homes, and homes of any extreme element, to find that children from these homes are in an emotional pickle, just as the children in the Dr. Regnerus study.

Children need boundaries for themselves and their friends (so important), for their siblings, and for their parents – the rules of acceptable behavior – or Moral Absolutes. To find success in our lives, we need only look to our Lord and Savior, and what He tells us in the scriptures. My favorite place for Jesus advice is the book of Matthew, but they are found in all the Gospels, as well as the letters Jesus wrote to the churches in Revelation, and on every page of the Bible. The most important and widely read book since Jesus death and resurrection, is sadly not being read by all Christians. It is the only book that will help heal our Republic; and it is pivotal in American’s “Making America Great Again.” Without a return to Biblical Christianity, any attempts of restoring the Republic would be weak at best. This is where the healing must begin.

OURS TO LOSE

As I study the first 2 chapters of Acts, I believe that the early Church, the Body of Christ, met in the homes of Christians, and in local Jewish Temples. I imagine that just as when America was young, the faithful knew each other by family, by name, and by faith. When family and friends worship together, it is more likely they will help each other through the joys and crisis of life.  Such Christian communities describe fellowship that would put a huge part of today’s government out of business. As Peter told the Jewish community, the faithful are born again in Christ – Jews, and Gentiles:

KJV Acts 2:38 – 40 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.”

Today, America’s population is barely aware of Christians being persecuted around the world; because the secularization of the faithful in America is well under way. We find ourselves swept up in the granddaddy “untoward generation” perhaps of all time. In Revelation, in the letter to Pergamos, Jesus tells us that he hated the “deeds” and “doctrines” of the Nicolaitans. Hate is a strong word, and Christians should not ignore the dire warning authored by our Lord. Pergamos is the church married to the world. The Nicolaitans had one foot in the occult pagan religions, and one foot in Christianity. It is an important lesson to any Christian; but in today’s world, where many Christians have not done “the first works” (Reference: Rev. 2:5), they may not even be aware of their dilemma. They may not be aware that they have one foot in occult pagan religions, and one foot in Christianity.

The message that came upon my heart and mind is this: Beware of any ministry (large or small) that is married to the world. To discern such a thing requires Christian Biblical study, Christian maturity, observation, and as always in such matters – prayer. Christian fellowship should be centered on God’s Word, worshipping God, and when filled with the Holy Spirit Christians are changed and are aware that they are no longer tied to this world.

One helpful thought. Christ brings believers to Him. We are correctly involved when we ask the Lord to use us as He will. We primarily encourage others by example. We each have our own unique talents and ways in which The Lord helps us to His service.

Those who brag that they brought “X” numbers of mankind to Christ are married to the world in the vanity of their own works. Such vanity is just one part of the denominational problem – mankind adding to God’s Word, and taking away from God’s Word, as man sees fit – twisting the scriptures into unrecognizable doctrine, and thus intermingling the ways of paganism and the occult, which has been the deception, and division of denominational thinking for centuries.

There is only one correct translation of God’s Word. Over 2,000 denominations have divided those that should be the unified Body of Christ. People often pick a denomination that has the set of man-made rules that they like the best, and many churches are behaving badly to bring in anyone who can put money in their collection plate. Sadly, at the other end of that scale, many choose to not participate in denominational churches, but are Christians outside of fellowship. Cafeteria style, false Christianity have turned off Christians in many instances, because these Christians are candidly seeking Bible based churches that are becoming the exception and not the rule.

Meantime in schools, businesses, and government, Secularists are banning the use of the word Jesus; because there is power in the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They also ban The Ten Commandments, because the power of an electorate that is self-governing in endeavoring to live by The Ten Commandments, in and by our Christian faith, would result in elected officials governing within America’s faith for fear of being rejected. It wouldn’t matter if the elected were faithful, or pretending to be faithful – the positive result in living among the faithful majority would be the same. the entire “separation of church and state” is a false argument that wrongly changed America’s foundation.

Is America at a crossroads? Is America already lost? Is America on the brink of amazing revival? I do not know the answer to those questions, but they are valid questions that the faithful should be asking themselves. Should America fail, We The People will only have ourselves to blame, because the failure was of the faltered faith of Christians who leave their Christianity at the door to their work, at the door to their schools, at the door to their public life, and even at the door to many of today’s secular churches. Are you living your Christian faith 24/7/365; or are you leaving your Christian faith at the door to your life?

WHAT I BELIEVE

I have received some heat lately from friends regarding my attitude toward conservative candidates. How can I explain . . . I have been fighting the pro-American fight for decades. I do believe in the Constitution, and Conservative ideals. I have studied history, and the founders. America is one of a tiny group of nations originally created for Gods glory.

And then again . . . America is like the Civil War – fought primarily for the power of the dollar and control – disguised by the cause that captured the imaginations and heart strings from every good soul in America. The end of slavery is a noble cause. If only it were completely true. How do you explain millions of Americans working their butts off for 45+ years with little to show for it when they retire; and millions of Americans and Illegals living off of the workers. ALL of this mostly unproductive charity is government ordained, and government arranged. It has not made Americans better off, but has destroyed the fabric of what America was. American charity is defined as slavery for those who work to support their own family, and support those on the dole. It is also defined as slavery for those born into the nanny state – because the nanny state is designed to keep Americans living in poverty.

The tail has been wagging the dog in America, and we are just deceiving ourselves if we think the crap won’t hit the economic fan one day, as well as our spiritual fan. The current American economic plan, and spiritual-undoing plan, is designed to drain and destroy America.


SO, one day, in a recent year I began waking up from the American political nightmare, and I began to slowly realize there was no political party for Christians. All political parties lead to the same destination for America; and America is now speeding down the wrong path more rapidly with each year. The Holy Spirit in me said, be still – you need to understand God’s Word, and The Lord in you, before focusing on the changes in America . . . and realize it is going to take the majority of our American nation of primarily Christians, on their repentant knees, for America to change her path in history.

EVEN SO, all Christians should already know that Satan is ruling this earthly realm . . . the world is his yet, for another season. I am in God’s right hand. Satan cannot have me. But, seldom on this planet have Satan’s temptations been so prevalent, and in such a wide variety – to constantly tempt, and desensitize me and you. We live in an age different than any other before. In the privacy of our own dwelling we can have temptations on screens of many sizes.

How far has it gone? When a man who will have male DNA, as given by his Creator, for his entire life, is given a prestigious award for all of this Christian nation to see, for being brave by running around publicly acting like a woman (I read he still has a penis, and therefore classify him male, as God made him) – then I have to ask the 75% of Christians who live here in America, is this something a Christian nation would promote with national pride, and awards?

As Christians, all we can do right now is to let The Lord, by way of The Holy Spirit that is in us, help us to be the best Christian example we can be. In case you don’t realize it, I am talking to the 75% of Americans who claim to be Christian. Not perfect, for I am not, and you are not perfect . . . But, we do live by example, for others to see The Lord in us in every breathing human moment of our lives. IF that had truly described the majority of us these last many decades, we would have continued as a nation on a more righteous path. The enemy, Satan, would not own so many facets of our nation, our lives, and our children’s lives.

We are instructed to seek out Christian leaders. If we had done this diligently on local, state, and federal posts, we would not have been so severely deceived on so many fronts. We would not have a president elected that no one truly knows anything about. We would not have a castrated Congress of those elected from among a BROKEN us. We would not be entertained by such sexual and violent fornication of mind, body, and soul. We would not allow our youth to openly disrespect – their parents- their teachers – persons of authority – and THEMSELVES. We would not send our beloved family members to fight for our culture (mom, home, spouses, apple pie, and children), and allow them – the greatest troops – to fight at a deliberate deficit in the rules of war – against pure evil in purpose and deed. We are broken from coast to coast.

 

How did we lose the momentum in the noble directions of our forefathers? How did we lose our way? As a Christian Nation, we lost our faith. No one is supposed to judge anyone’s definition of Christianity. But know this. Without elevating God’s Word, we are Christians in word only. Less than ¼ of Christians today study their Bibles.

 

Without real Christian faith, belief in the gospel regarding Jesus Christ, belief in God’s Word, and God’s laws for man . . . There is no America. There are not thousands of correct interpretations of the Holy Bible.  There is only one correct meaning of the Scriptures. There is no true America if not defined by our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and held together by our Biblical Christian faith – we are just spinning our wheels with our insane and corrupt elections. We are silly in thinking that anyone voted into office from among a broken electorate, will turn the ship of America back on a righteous, Godly course.

 

Liberal judges of all political parties are writing laws all the way to the Supreme Court, instead of holding Americans accountable to our laws as written in our Constitution. Constitutional law was replaced by elusive case law that changes with the wind of political opinion. Now, we elect a president who declares his cronies above the law; and ignores existing laws.  We have millions of people in our nation that are not only here illegally, but they are coddled with money stolen from hard working Americans. America has become a lawless nation, full of liars and thieves.

 

Any child has the tools to tell you what is wrong with a system of a handful of political primaries that swindle me out of being able to vote for any good man I wanted on the presidential ballot . . . and thereby rigging elections long before this Texan ever had her vote. There is no party representing Christian Americans Period. This is the huge elephant in the room that no one wants to own up to, or talk about. We are a snivelly bunch of Christians who will not stand up for our children. As long as all the Milk Christians, the Lukewarm Christians, and the Pseudo-Christians silently agree to not talk about, and own up to the truth – Satan’s hold on this once faithful nation will not be broken.

OUR GENERATION?

How many generations have believed they were living in the end-times? The meanings of the words, lessons, and stories in the Bible are now understood to be literal. Some Biblical verses were a mystery to even our grandparents, and could not be fully understood until more recent technological times. There are a few verses that remain a mystery to today’s Bible scholars. In recent generations man has come further in innovation and technology (knowledge) than all the generations before combined. There is that reconciliation between scripture and science that has become very clear in recent decades; and the Biblical connection is in simple understandable words. It was always there, but could not be truly understood completely until modern times. That is exciting. Each generation derived good meaning from the scriptures, only becoming more fine-tuned in clarity of understanding with each passing generation. But, for God, assisting so many different authors to produce an end result that fits together so completely is one of the ways our Lord is revealed as the true author. I can tell you that I am sick of people who have not studied the scriptures telling me what they are and what they are not. (Note: I recommend the King James Version, known to Bible scholars as the best English Translation. Some newer translations change the meanings of scriptures.)

Of course I do not know when the end times begin or end; but, never before has the whole world been so in tune with the prophecies. The miracle of the multitude of cross references within the Bible of such exacting degrees is mind boggling once you begin to study and understand. Like anything that seems more complex than anything you could imagine, and after much study you reach a moment when all of a sudden it all falls in to place. One example is the “types” of Christ all through the Old Testament that come alive no matter where you open the Bible.

IF these are the end times, I expect events in the United States to continue to disintegrate. HOWEVER, if we see a great Christian re-awakening in the United States, then we are probably not in the end times. I can say that with absolute confidence. Why? I saw a short movie this evening that brought what is happening in the Middle East into crystal clear view. We have been talking about the two Americas for about 5 or 6 Presidential election cycles. We are either going to come back together, kick all the bums on both sides of the aisle out of office and start running our own country, raising our own kids, educating our own kids with historical and local wisdom, making everyone obey our laws who wishes to be in our country, start our industries up again, stop shipping our jobs out of the country, etc. etc. etc. – or not. Americans are either going to wake up and revive our successful American culture – or not. Americans are going to protect our borders and kick undesirables out of our country – or not. Americans will revive our Christian nation – or not.

To change gears for a minute, the movie I saw this evening is an hour long and it is called Iranium. The link is at the end of this commentary. To highlight what it reminded me of, and I already knew, plus a few of my own remembrances:
–     During Jimmy Carter’s Presidency, Iran terrorists held American hostages for 444 days. I remember how terrifying this was.
–     Within hours after President Reagan gave his oath of office, with his hand on a Bible, our hostages were released on Jan. 20, 1981. Our enemy saw Carter as a weak leader, and saw Reagan as a strong leader; but even Reagan did not resolve our Middle East problems while they were less than atomic.
–     The Iranian Constitution states that religious Iranian Sharia Law is the Law of the World. The Iranian Mullah’s, who are the actual dictatorial government, truly believe that we are all to be wiped off the planet because they believe the world belongs to them.
–     Iran has sponsored terrorism against Jews and Christians, Israel and America, and our allies all over the world my entire adult life – over 40 years. The enemy wages war against us, and hide behind
innocents, or in Mosques because they have been made to feel safe. The enemy attacks us through
terrorism as often as they do because they see us as weak.
–     In Iranian schools children are taught “Death to America.”
–     Iran has many arms to commit terror – Hezbollah, Al Qaida, Taliban, Muslim Brotherhood, and others. Middle Eastern Oil money in the billions each year supports terrorism. There are terror cells all over the world in any country they care to operate in – including the United States. Our     government has done nothing substantial to close our borders.
–     When terrorists bombed in Beirut, Lebanon in 1983 – it was considered the largest non-nuclear bombing ever. 299 murdered / 241 of the murdered were American. We pulled our 1,400 Marines
out of Lebanon, and this was the pivotal moment when Iran decided we would back down over and over again. (I.e. Iran provided material support to the 9/11 hijackers;  Benghazi)
–     I remembered the evidence that the Kansas City bombing was allegedly tied to Iranian terrorism, but that evidence was suppressed from Americans.
–     Sanctions? Working sanctions? You must be joking. Iran has huge energy deals with China and India.
–     Iran does not comply with agreements regarding their race to be a nuclear threat – not with the Non-Proliferation Treaty – not with the I.A.E.A. (International Atomic Energy Agency) – not with the U.N. Security Council.
–     Iran has dozens of sites for their nuclear work deep underground.
–     They have purchased all the plans for building an atomic weapon, and are enriching plutonium and uranium to that purpose.
–     The actions of this Administration in the Middle East have done more to help the enemy than to
harm the enemy – sending money and weapons to rebel forces that are Iranian / terror sponsored.
–     The 1998 Iranian scud missile tests were actually EMP attack testing, which is a type of attack that would send the U. S. back to the 18th century in seconds by detonating an atomic bomb miles above the U.S. Our government has not made our infrastructure safe from EMP attack even though it would only cost billions. It is common knowledge that such an attack would be launched from a ship off of our shores in International Water – or even in one of our ports. Only 5% of the ships in our ports get a visual inspection.
–     Iran wants WWIII and; if we mutually destroy each other, they will be happy with that outcome. They believe they need to bring on nuclear war / destruction to end the world and bring back their messiah (which is not my Christian messiah). In fact their end-times scenario is the exact opposite of the Christian end-times scenario.
–     Many Iranian citizens want to overturn their leaders, but many Iranian citizens have died just expressing those desires.
–     Iran has vowed to destroy the United States and Israel. This vow has been repeated many times.
–     Terrorists are in bed with Mexican Drug Cartels and enter our country at will.
–     Our enemies who wish to annihilate us call this a religious war . . . why don’t Americans?

Heavy sanctions are the only peaceful political hope to force Iran to stop developing a nuclear bomb. “A report indicates that US President Barack Obama has been easing sanctions on Iran for the past five months without Congressional approval, and despite the lack of any agreement over the Islamic regime’s nuclear weapons program. . . . The Tribune report appears to fall in line with previous analysis that warned that Obama was rushing to seal a deal with Iran, and in the process was turning his back on US allies, Israel and Saudi Arabia. The Iranian threats to end America and Israel brings you down? You don’t want to hear it? Your friends and family don’t want to hear about it, or talk about it? As long as Americans don’t want to think about Iran’s threats to America and Israel, we can be certain that on a day when we least expect it, terrorists will either set off a Nuclear Bomb in an American city, or a Nuclear EMP over the U.S. What is the alternative hope to change this outcome? One, it is time to elect Americans to office who are actually going to do everything that is the best for We the People. Two, is to be a force for good change . . . bring America back to our Judeo-Christian values . . . bring America to her knees in prayer together for a re-birth of our Christian faith, and pray like crazy for the Lord to intervene and end regimes that want to destroy all of mankind. Whether that takes the shape of the people in the Middle East to get our help to overthrow the nut-jobs who want to destroy the world, or America remembers who she is and starts leading from strength. The only lasting peace in history comes from a show of might, strength, and tremendous DEMONSTRABLE faith in God.

Our United States official motto is still: “In God We Trust”. When will America live up to her motto? The God in our motto is our Christian God, and no other. “In God We Trust” was adopted as the official motto of the United States in 1956. “In God We Trust” first appeared on U.S. coins in 1864, and has appeared on paper currency since 1957. America has had at least two spiritual revivals. After WWII, when America turned back to God, she knew many years of prosperity. Today, I believe we turn our back on our Christian God at our own peril.

There is a lot of information here. As Americans, reading foundational information about our country is imperative in order for America to turn in a positive direction. We are a Christian nation, and any study of original materials from our founding will hold that truth to be self-evident. Reading propaganda opinions about those original documents designed to make Americans ignorant regarding our birthright is a mistake of colossal proportions. We owe it to our future generations to get this right. When the Supreme Court took a phrase from a Jefferson personal letter out of context to over-rule Christian studies in our public schools, it was a lie – it is time to correct that lie, and the house of cards that has been built on it.
