It is my late husband’s birthday today. In his honor, I will be a smart-ass, since he was not only a Marine, but was King OF the Smart-asses!! Today, however, know that this is also 100% truthful.

I want to defund all College Professors, and disband them immediately. MY CASE:I had the only World History professor that was teaching this class. It was a 3-hour class, 3 nights a week.She gave a lengthy list of books to read. She lectured the entire 3 hours of each class. Our grade would be one examination based on the books we were to read, and all the information she lectured on. This would be cruel and horrific enough, but her lecture voice was all one monotonous tone, and not loud enough for the entire class to hear it. Lucky people who did not have to feed children before class got a prized seat in the back. SO, I HEREBY DECREE WE WILL PAINT ALL PROFESSORS WITH THIS ONE BRUSH AND DEFUND EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM!

I want to defund all waiters, waitresses, and store cashiers. On average, over my 50+ years’ experience eating out and shopping, I have had too many who were rude, and behaved like they were doing me some huge favor. I will admit that John and I wearing official ‘Border Control’ hats to brunch one Saturday morning to an out of the way branch of one of our favorite Mexican Restaurants was not a nice thing to do. Snicker, Snicker, but it was so funny. We sat there for a good 15 minutes while they found someone who spoke English to wait on us, and to bus our table. For the 2 hours we were there those two people waited on and bussed all tables. One more Snicker should do it here. BUAHAHAHAHAHA But, I digress. SO, I HEREBY DECREE THAT ALL WAITERS, WAITRESSES, AND STORE CASHIERS ARE DEFUNDED!

There was that hairdresser that cut a foot off my hair with her first snip. What part of, ‘I only want the ends trimmed,’ did she not understand? Her crying wasn’t enough – it DID NOT PUT MY HAIR BACK!!!!!SO, I HEREBY DERCREE THAT ALL HAIR DRESSERS ARE DEFUNDED!

There was the new U S Home I purchased, where my children and I like to have froze to death a few nights because they, “forgot to install the heater in the attic” when the duct-work and A/C was installed . . . DEFUND ALL HOME BUILDERS!There were the bones in my McDonalds Fish Sandwich . . . DEFUND ALL FAST FOOD JOINTS!

1919 White Sox – Because they rigged the biggest game of any season – DEFUND ALL BALL PLAYERS!

Charles Ponzi who invented the cheating Pyramid Scheme. . . DEFUND ALL SALES PEOPLE!

Bill Clinton lied under oath . . . DEFUND ALL CAREER POLITICIANS!

Kenneth Lay ENRON Founder, CEO, and Chairman – AND Fraud Meister . . . DEFUND ALL CEO’s / CHAIRMEN OF CORPORATIONS!

Lance Armstrong cheating cyclist – DEFUND ALL BICYCLE MAKERS & RIDERS!

Benedict Arnold spy – DEFUND THE MILITARY!

Next I thought of murdering dictators, and the list is too long of those they murdered to list here – DEFUND ALL DICTATORS!

If you do not get my sarcastic point, then you might want to have your brain included in your next annual health screening. If we, as a Republic, go down this slippery slope, will your profession be next? Even though you are an excellent person who does your job with integrity, could you be lumped in with the few who do not care about the integrity of your profession?

It would not serve the public well to get rid of 95% great and needed policemen and policewomen. Please do not get sucked into the group thinking of the far left who would disband thousands upon thousands of great men and women who make up the police departments in every city across our great nation.

I am hereby endeavoring to warn the wicked to turn from this horrific endeavor to persecute innocent men and women who are good police officers. Do not defund them and disband them. Our nation needs them to help us in all natures of safety endeavors on our behalf as citizens.

Today’s quote is from Lisa Bender, Minnesota City Council President.

“Over last two weeks we’ve seen thousands of people in Minnesota take to the streets and raise their voices for change, telling us that incremental reform has not worked to keep our communities safe. We are also seeing major institutions like the University of Minnesota, our parks and schools, major business, and art institutions ending their relationship with our police department. So, it is clear that we need to make major shifts both in the short term and [abruptly ended that thought]. Our community is ready to reimagine public safety from the ground up to then holistically – to make sure every single member of our community is safe.” 

WOW This statement is filled with so many Rhetorical Devices, where do I begin?  . . .

“Over last two weeks we’ve seen thousands of people in Minnesota take to the streets and raise their voices for change, telling us that incremental reform has not worked to keep our communities safe.”

This statement suffers from “Proof Surrogate Fallacy” Rhetoric; an expression in place of actual authority. The actual authority lies with the entire community of citizens, not just the ones protesting. Protesters cannot speak for those citizens not present – the actual majority. Should any City Council make major changes without the support of the citizen majority, they will find themselves soon out of a job – and rightly so.

Let us look at what does “incremental reform” mean? I borrowed this example from another industry and changed it to reflect Policing Systems Reform:

Incremental Reforms of the Local Policing System should be offered only within the context of steps toward larger reform goals, so that the local citizen can evaluate the final destination as well as the individual steps.

Preferably, these specific reforms should be discussed as part of a sorely needed local televised debate (beginning early afternoon) about the basic features of the Local Policing Systems (the current system, and any future models proposed to replace current system), which the local city should deliver in stages. Indeed, public understanding of the merits of rival proposals is hardly possible without such an open debate on the fundamentals. Whatever structural reforms we achieve should not be the haphazard result of disconnected incremental actions, nor should they be the undisclosed objectives of step-by-step reforms.

Most incremental reforms under discussion would move the Local Policing System in one of three broad discussion topics:

The first topic of reform would expand on the current system, with varying degrees of changes and, with detailed presentation of alternate proposed future systems.

In the second comparative topic of reform, local government would determine the cost of the current proposed changes to existing system, as well as the cost of alternate proposed systems.

The third topic of reform would involve local policing service to businesses, schools, parks, malls, etc. – full disclosure of current and proposed services including cost analysis.

I like the Incremental Reform Plan which incorporates every citizen involvement as are interested in being involved. I would love to see someone like me organize it – just not me, someone much healthier.

Common Practice Fallacy argument – just because some historically liberally run organizations are doing something, does not mean the majority are doing it.

“So it is clear that we need to make major shifts both in the short term and [abruptly ended that thought].”

Hyperbole Fallacy, better known as B S.

Clear to who? This small subset of all citizens should never make such a leap without somewhere to leap to AND with the consensus of all citizens. Public debate, then voting should happen.

“Our community is ready to reimagine public safety from the ground up to then holistically – to make sure every single member of our community is safe.”

We have a Line Drawing Fallacy at play; a dash of Subjectivism Fallacy, as well as Argument From Outrage Fallacy; working on a possible Straw Man Fallacy; a Wishful Thinking, and Group Think Fallacies;
not to mention that this whole thing is a huge SLIPPERY SLOPE FALLACY!

If you let a handful of people disband your law and order AND REPLACE IT WITH THEIR POLITICAL CRONIES ONLY – I cannot imagine anything they would deny themselves afterwards. Yes, this is a huge SLIPPERY SLOPE FALLACY!

This statement ends in a promise that she cannot possibly keep – Rationalizing Fallacy – appealing to that Group Think Fallacy.

This is an out of control City Council President – YO! Citizens! You may want to put her on some kind of probation and shorten her authority leash from “Dictator” down to “Public Servant”.

I would like to call attention to Acts of the Apostles, the last chapter, as spoken to the Gentiles regarding the truthfulness of the Gospel regarding Christ, which reminds me of Americans in this modern time regarding truth.

“ACTS 28:26-27
Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and not perceive:For the heart of this people is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes have they closed; lest they should see with their eyes, and hear with their ears, and understand with their heart, and should be converted, and I should heal them.”

I would like to give you information regarding the truth of two issues. The first is in regards as to why Judge Sullivan would continue to keep the General Flynn case going – even though he knows his actions are un-constitutional. He is falling on his sword to keep General Flynn from talking much truth. The Supreme Court ruled against what Judge Sullivan has done and will rule against it again. So why is he doing it? If the case has not yet been dismissed, General Flynn is still under a gag order. As soon as the case is finally dismissed General Flynn will start talking BIG TIME! That is why Judge Sullivan is ruining his career and reputation – because the liberal left has most likely threatened him, to gain his compliance with their agenda. President Obama, among others, has much to lose when General Flynn is able to speak.

And speaking of agenda:
The second lie is regarding the black male in America and the police – does history support the BLM rhetoric? NO.
Here are figures you can easily look up for yourself:

FOLLOW THE FACTS TO THE BOTTOM.
America’s population is about 630 million.
18% of America’s population is Black.
60% of America’s population (less White Hispanic) is White.
2019 Black killed by police = 235; White killed by police = 370. (Most killed
were armed – both races.)
2018 Black killed by police = 209; White Killed by police = 399. (Ditto.)

2017 Black killed by police = 223; White killed by police = 457. (Ditto.)
Over 50% of violent crimes are committed by Black race. (6% of Black
population are men and do most of these violent crimes and
therefore most likely to have run-ins with police.)
NEW YORK CITY – Blacks do 75% of shootings, and 62% of all murders;
Whites do 3% of all murders.
Major corporations and government officials are supporting Black Lives
Matter.
94% of BLACK MEN MURDERED ARE MURDERED BY OTHER BLACK
MEN.
THE POLICE ARE 18.5% MORE LIKELY TO BE SHOT BY A BLACK MAN, than
the other way around.
THE ENTIRE BLM RHETORIC IS A LIE.
