I AM A WHITE WOMAN BY BIRTH; WHO ARE YOU?

I am a woman.
I am wife to a Marine.
I am a mother.
I am a grandmother.
I am a Christian, by belief and faith.

I AM A WHITE WOMAN BY BIRTH – DECIDED BY THE LORD

I believe The Lord has a plan for my life that is good.
(Jeremiah 29:11 again.)

America is a super-majority white population. We are not bad people because our skin is white, by any sane definition. Isn’t this the whole idea of MLK (and many others), that our skin color does not define the measure of who we are individually, or as a group. Our media is involved in a reverse discrimination propaganda scheme for decades that is hardly to be believed by intelligent people in the 21st century.

America is also 85% Christian, which also has a super-majority of white people. We are a good people as evidenced in our love of positive endeavor, family, charity, and goodness. We are NOT Neo-Nazis, White Supremacists, KKK Members, or any other title others wish to falsely appoint to us.

I am appalled by the number of people in the above two groups brave enough to vote for Trump, who have since gone to sleep, and allow a group-think mentality to run amuck in our nation. Why anyone watches the – paid for by our enemies – news reports, is becoming beyond ridiculously sad. ONLY AMERICANS TOGETHER CAN MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN. This was Trumps whole campaign, and it requires the mental and physical activity of those who voted for him, to stand with him, and not let our enemies win the day – any day!

In prior generations, to be conservative thinkers, made us the backbone of a great nation. We were careful to raise our children to be responsible, productive and loving. It is the abandonment of knowing what it means to be a Christian nation that has so many allowing themselves to be called such vile names as White Supremacists. Consequently, we are now in for the fight of our lives to set our nation back on its correct Representative Constitutional Republic course. The more of us who wake up and join in, the quicker we will get rid of the insanity.

However, I always offer the caution: that does not mean that we become a nation of witch hunters. Learn from the history that tells people that turning 360 degrees from group insanity leaves you on the other side of the group insanity coin. Be humble in your self-corrections, and be strong in your faith. Take your prayers to your knees in your heart and mind, God will do the rest. (Also remember: “Matthew 18:20 (KJV) For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.”)

Face it. America is full of “luke-warm” Christians, and “milk” Christians who need to come back to the real church. The Church is not any denomination, but the Body of Christ – Period. Yes, we are to have fellowship, but that means as Christians – not divided into over 2,000 denominations. Divided we fall.

There are the true lessons in The Bible that must be learned. Here is a good one: You must love the enemy in your heart and soul; but you may have to defend innocents with The Lord’s help from your enemy. No, I didn’t even understand it for many years, but I know that there can be understanding – one step at a time until you get there. We, who have come to understanding the Bible on a deeper level, spent much time floundering before we got the insight as He means it to be. It came from much prayer before and after study, and the avenues opened to other people further in their endeavor to learn and understand.

‘Through Him All Things Are Possible. It is time for Americans who are Christian to come to the true church in the Body of Christ. When we do that, humble ourselves, have sincere repentance for our sins, and become changed after connecting, and being baptized in the Holy Spirit, He will start healing us and our nation.’ (2 Chronicles 7:14)

END TIME PROPHECY – SIMPLE TO EXPLAIN

There have been a lot of good sermons delivered in the last few weeks, because those in political / societal control are turning the American ship further into deep destructive waters – destructive waters that most Americans are not brave enough to stand up against. Washington is a reflection of the majority in America. For truly, if millions of Americans were keeping Washington in line with God’s traditions and laws, our entire existence would change for the better almost overnight. America would be the nation she once was, when other nations worked to emulate the overall positive existence of the American people. Our government would once again tow the line of the majority of the people for fear of losing their jobs. Satan would crawl back under his familiar rock to hide for another season.  But, I can sum up the reality of all Biblical wisdom, and end time prophecy in one question:

Are YOU going to follow God’s traditions / laws – or man’s?

It is the age old pattern of Israel, and it is the pattern of Christianity, of history repeating itself every time mankind forgets who our Creator is, starts behaving as if men are gods, and forgets that we live for God’s glory. This question above is one that we each must come to terms with, and be prepared to not only live with the consequences, but are forcing our young to also live with the consequences of our individual choice.

It really is that simple to explain. I have recently been asked the age old questions that have been asked of every Christian who has studied the Bible for thousands of years:
1. Don’t all religions lead to salvation?
2. Where in Biblical history are we; isn’t the answer in Revelation?

I explain it like this. Milk Christians often go straight to reading Revelation to find answers. The answers aren’t just in one book of the Bible designed for Milk Christians. Salvation is through Jesus Christ, period. To study Revelation, you must go through every book of the entire (OT & NT) Bible to understand it – why Revelation is at the end. I encourage the masses who have not studied the Bible to do so. You will find answers to questions you didn’t even know you have. Only by studying the Bible will you receive the truth of Who actually wrote it. This is a truth that can only be obtained by your direct experience. I can tell you the truth all day long and give you fifty examples in short order to back it up – but – that will mean nothing to you. You must seek the truth to receive it.

There have been many “pre-tribulation” times throughout history. But, so far, each time, mankind turns the ship of earthly existence back toward living for God’s glory, and turns the ship away from the end times. One time, in the future, mankind will not wake up and turn the ship of all earthly existence back toward living for God’s glory. Only God knows which time that will be. For God lives outside of His creation (space/time continuum), and only He can see when that will happen.

Those of us who think of ourselves as the watchmen are absolutely saying, WOW, today does seem to be the season before the tribulation years – but, we do not know for sure. We are praying mankind wakes up one more time and strives to live for God’s glory. Yes, our nation (and most of the world) are being ruled by the Prince of Darkness – it says so in the Bible. His days are numbered. One day soon the end-time-prophecies will come true . . . or not, if mankind wakes up again. It all revolves around that one sentence – again:

Are YOU going to follow God’s traditions / laws – or man’s?

SO MANY PROBLEMS . . .

So many problems.
#3 There is no political party for Christians to get behind.
#2 The word Democracy has been our Conservative, Constitutional Representative Republic’s death knell for decades. Democracy is synonymous with Socialism. Period. Thanks to Americans not knowing what kind of government we are supposed to have, and why – we have a nation of “Democracy” lovers.
#1 The Conservative right is a relatively small number of voters. The “Republic” is swarming with citizens who are not self-governing. Not only that, but the citizenry is swarming with greedy people who want to be given stuff they did not earn – and adding the illegals to that mix has become a mind-boggling government fail. A Constitutional Representative Republic does not work without a self-governing citizenry.
In prior times the citizens were self-governing due to their Christian faith, and endeavoring to live by the Commandments God gave us / Jesus explanation of what He expects in Matthew – including an explicit definition of marriage.
Those believing in the Constitutional law of the land is no longer the majority, and the current citizenry need, and swarm to anyone who will lie to them, and then they lie to themselves. “It wasn’t my fault; I was not the person responsible for ________ .” They will hang the problem on anyone whom they care to destroy. It is a fill in the blank sentence for everything that has gone wrong – and today’s citizen is not only not taking responsibility for everything going wrong – they want someone else to magically fix it. When they elect from among our citizens, those who lie and cheat by some self appointed right to do so, it validates any lesser or greater thing they may do themselves.

OURS TO LOSE

As I study the first 2 chapters of Acts, I believe that the early Church, the Body of Christ, met in the homes of Christians, and in local Jewish Temples. I imagine that just as when America was young, the faithful knew each other by family, by name, and by faith. When family and friends worship together, it is more likely they will help each other through the joys and crisis of life.  Such Christian communities describe fellowship that would put a huge part of today’s government out of business. As Peter told the Jewish community, the faithful are born again in Christ – Jews, and Gentiles:

KJV Acts 2:38 – 40 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.”

Today, America’s population is barely aware of Christians being persecuted around the world; because the secularization of the faithful in America is well under way. We find ourselves swept up in the granddaddy “untoward generation” perhaps of all time. In Revelation, in the letter to Pergamos, Jesus tells us that he hated the “deeds” and “doctrines” of the Nicolaitans. Hate is a strong word, and Christians should not ignore the dire warning authored by our Lord. Pergamos is the church married to the world. The Nicolaitans had one foot in the occult pagan religions, and one foot in Christianity. It is an important lesson to any Christian; but in today’s world, where many Christians have not done “the first works” (Reference: Rev. 2:5), they may not even be aware of their dilemma. They may not be aware that they have one foot in occult pagan religions, and one foot in Christianity.

The message that came upon my heart and mind is this: Beware of any ministry (large or small) that is married to the world. To discern such a thing requires Christian Biblical study, Christian maturity, observation, and as always in such matters – prayer. Christian fellowship should be centered on God’s Word, worshipping God, and when filled with the Holy Spirit Christians are changed and are aware that they are no longer tied to this world.

One helpful thought. Christ brings believers to Him. We are correctly involved when we ask the Lord to use us as He will. We primarily encourage others by example. We each have our own unique talents and ways in which The Lord helps us to His service.

Those who brag that they brought “X” numbers of mankind to Christ are married to the world in the vanity of their own works. Such vanity is just one part of the denominational problem – mankind adding to God’s Word, and taking away from God’s Word, as man sees fit – twisting the scriptures into unrecognizable doctrine, and thus intermingling the ways of paganism and the occult, which has been the deception, and division of denominational thinking for centuries.

There is only one correct translation of God’s Word. Over 2,000 denominations have divided those that should be the unified Body of Christ. People often pick a denomination that has the set of man-made rules that they like the best, and many churches are behaving badly to bring in anyone who can put money in their collection plate. Sadly, at the other end of that scale, many choose to not participate in denominational churches, but are Christians outside of fellowship. Cafeteria style, false Christianity have turned off Christians in many instances, because these Christians are candidly seeking Bible based churches that are becoming the exception and not the rule.

Meantime in schools, businesses, and government, Secularists are banning the use of the word Jesus; because there is power in the name of my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. They also ban The Ten Commandments, because the power of an electorate that is self-governing in endeavoring to live by The Ten Commandments, in and by our Christian faith, would result in elected officials governing within America’s faith for fear of being rejected. It wouldn’t matter if the elected were faithful, or pretending to be faithful – the positive result in living among the faithful majority would be the same. the entire “separation of church and state” is a false argument that wrongly changed America’s foundation.

Is America at a crossroads? Is America already lost? Is America on the brink of amazing revival? I do not know the answer to those questions, but they are valid questions that the faithful should be asking themselves. Should America fail, We The People will only have ourselves to blame, because the failure was of the faltered faith of Christians who leave their Christianity at the door to their work, at the door to their schools, at the door to their public life, and even at the door to many of today’s secular churches. Are you living your Christian faith 24/7/365; or are you leaving your Christian faith at the door to your life?

WHAT I BELIEVE

I have received some heat lately from friends regarding my attitude toward conservative candidates. How can I explain . . . I have been fighting the pro-American fight for decades. I do believe in the Constitution, and Conservative ideals. I have studied history, and the founders. America is one of a tiny group of nations originally created for Gods glory.

And then again . . . America is like the Civil War – fought primarily for the power of the dollar and control – disguised by the cause that captured the imaginations and heart strings from every good soul in America. The end of slavery is a noble cause. If only it were completely true. How do you explain millions of Americans working their butts off for 45+ years with little to show for it when they retire; and millions of Americans and Illegals living off of the workers. ALL of this mostly unproductive charity is government ordained, and government arranged. It has not made Americans better off, but has destroyed the fabric of what America was. American charity is defined as slavery for those who work to support their own family, and support those on the dole. It is also defined as slavery for those born into the nanny state – because the nanny state is designed to keep Americans living in poverty.

The tail has been wagging the dog in America, and we are just deceiving ourselves if we think the crap won’t hit the economic fan one day, as well as our spiritual fan. The current American economic plan, and spiritual-undoing plan, is designed to drain and destroy America.


SO, one day, in a recent year I began waking up from the American political nightmare, and I began to slowly realize there was no political party for Christians. All political parties lead to the same destination for America; and America is now speeding down the wrong path more rapidly with each year. The Holy Spirit in me said, be still – you need to understand God’s Word, and The Lord in you, before focusing on the changes in America . . . and realize it is going to take the majority of our American nation of primarily Christians, on their repentant knees, for America to change her path in history.

EVEN SO, all Christians should already know that Satan is ruling this earthly realm . . . the world is his yet, for another season. I am in God’s right hand. Satan cannot have me. But, seldom on this planet have Satan’s temptations been so prevalent, and in such a wide variety – to constantly tempt, and desensitize me and you. We live in an age different than any other before. In the privacy of our own dwelling we can have temptations on screens of many sizes.

How far has it gone? When a man who will have male DNA, as given by his Creator, for his entire life, is given a prestigious award for all of this Christian nation to see, for being brave by running around publicly acting like a woman (I read he still has a penis, and therefore classify him male, as God made him) – then I have to ask the 75% of Christians who live here in America, is this something a Christian nation would promote with national pride, and awards?

As Christians, all we can do right now is to let The Lord, by way of The Holy Spirit that is in us, help us to be the best Christian example we can be. In case you don’t realize it, I am talking to the 75% of Americans who claim to be Christian. Not perfect, for I am not, and you are not perfect . . . But, we do live by example, for others to see The Lord in us in every breathing human moment of our lives. IF that had truly described the majority of us these last many decades, we would have continued as a nation on a more righteous path. The enemy, Satan, would not own so many facets of our nation, our lives, and our children’s lives.

We are instructed to seek out Christian leaders. If we had done this diligently on local, state, and federal posts, we would not have been so severely deceived on so many fronts. We would not have a president elected that no one truly knows anything about. We would not have a castrated Congress of those elected from among a BROKEN us. We would not be entertained by such sexual and violent fornication of mind, body, and soul. We would not allow our youth to openly disrespect – their parents- their teachers – persons of authority – and THEMSELVES. We would not send our beloved family members to fight for our culture (mom, home, spouses, apple pie, and children), and allow them – the greatest troops – to fight at a deliberate deficit in the rules of war – against pure evil in purpose and deed. We are broken from coast to coast.

 

How did we lose the momentum in the noble directions of our forefathers? How did we lose our way? As a Christian Nation, we lost our faith. No one is supposed to judge anyone’s definition of Christianity. But know this. Without elevating God’s Word, we are Christians in word only. Less than ¼ of Christians today study their Bibles.

 

Without real Christian faith, belief in the gospel regarding Jesus Christ, belief in God’s Word, and God’s laws for man . . . There is no America. There are not thousands of correct interpretations of the Holy Bible.  There is only one correct meaning of the Scriptures. There is no true America if not defined by our Declaration of Independence, our Constitution and held together by our Biblical Christian faith – we are just spinning our wheels with our insane and corrupt elections. We are silly in thinking that anyone voted into office from among a broken electorate, will turn the ship of America back on a righteous, Godly course.

 

Liberal judges of all political parties are writing laws all the way to the Supreme Court, instead of holding Americans accountable to our laws as written in our Constitution. Constitutional law was replaced by elusive case law that changes with the wind of political opinion. Now, we elect a president who declares his cronies above the law; and ignores existing laws.  We have millions of people in our nation that are not only here illegally, but they are coddled with money stolen from hard working Americans. America has become a lawless nation, full of liars and thieves.

 

Any child has the tools to tell you what is wrong with a system of a handful of political primaries that swindle me out of being able to vote for any good man I wanted on the presidential ballot . . . and thereby rigging elections long before this Texan ever had her vote. There is no party representing Christian Americans Period. This is the huge elephant in the room that no one wants to own up to, or talk about. We are a snivelly bunch of Christians who will not stand up for our children. As long as all the Milk Christians, the Lukewarm Christians, and the Pseudo-Christians silently agree to not talk about, and own up to the truth – Satan’s hold on this once faithful nation will not be broken.

GOD HELP US

We The People are not in control.
What the enemy within is getting by with is freaky to many of us.
It is almost mind numbing when you realize that the majority of Americans could care less what happens in and to our almost dead Republic. Only about 5 million of us give a damn –
out of appx. 250 million adult Americans.
I am talking about 5 million Conservative, mostly Christian, Constitutional, Independent or Republican voters who are verbal and work to keep their knowledge of what the hell is going on in some semblance of looking at all sides of the issues.
Reality is a bitch – huh?
When so many Baby Boomers are fighting health battles, it is getting harder to pitch in and fight the enemy within. The enemy within knows it.
When we Baby Boomers pass on, the last memory of the real laws of God for man will likely die with us.
For most, the truth is a relative thing; stealing is justifiable; and the family is elusive.
. . .
Unless by some miracle, we Boomers wake enough people up . . . starting with friends and family . . . co-workers . . . neighbors . . . churches . . .

LIFE – ALTERED A BIT – UPDATE

I have been meaning to write to those who have read my thoughts on the written page for years. Admittedly on and off – even a one-year silence when I was recuperating from surgeries waaaaay too close together. It is no exaggeration to say that I almost died from Septicemia and a fever over 106 degrees on the 18th of October. I have vague remembrance of people yelling at me . . . “What’s your name?” . . . “Where do you live?” I went to sleep in my bed, and woke up in ICU unable to answer those questions.

I remember the clear voice of the Holy Spirit telling me, “It is not your time; you have much left to do. You are going to have to fight your way back this time.” Er . . . um . . . didn’t I fight my way back after each surgery? After old incidents of abuse in my life? etc.? etc.? etc.?

In my mind I was in this huge block of ice, and fighting my way out of it for ten hours, TO LIVE – just to do it all over again for seven more hours. When the doctor asked me if I could do it just one more time, my husband and son reported to me later that I told the doctor, “ No. I would rather die than do that again.” The level of lactic acid in my arms and legs was high. I was actually fighting that fight with everything in me. The connection of the mind to every inch of the body is an amazing thing. I don’t remember saying I would rather die, but they are very trustworthy people I love, and I believe them. Wow, I wish I had not said it, because the fact of me saying it really upset the pair of them. I do remember thinking I have nothing left in me to fight any more. Thankfully, they didn’t need to apply the Arctic Sun panels a third time – what I perceived to be a block of ice, enveloping my body.

On the day I went home, I changed out of a hospital gown into a favorite Muumuu from Hilo Hattie’s in Hawaii. I do not remember any of my numerous hospital visits in which I didn’t change into my own gown or pajamas within 24 hours after surgery. How sick was I that I was just fine with my butt hanging out for anyone to see? I cannot fathom it, even though I went through it.

Being totally faithful that the Lord has my back 24/7/365 I told John that we would postpone nothing about this move from Texas to Ohio. I am still recuperating. When I think I feel better, I immediately go to that place in my organized little brain that says, “what can I do?” – those that know me, know that above all I am a doer. When I was younger, and up to about 59 or 60, I had the mindset of giving myself kudos for being the most amazing doer. A true Type A – I thrived on schedules, project deadlines, meeting many types of deadlines, and the NEVER ENDING to do list in my Day-Timer. I don’t remember that list ever being shorter than 40 or 50 line items. One line item might say – write an Employee Manual, or go to the doctor when you have time. Sometimes the items were added to the list quicker than I could work hard enough to get items off the list.

So, as of today what we have accomplished (bear with me I am making a point):
all belongings packed and soon will be out of the holding warehouse and on the way to us;
John has coordinated everything! (you cannot imagine – from certificate from a Vet that Gabby could Fly – to help with packing – to shipping our vehicle here – to airline tickets – to awesome hotel accommodations with a Jacuzzi for me – and more) no girl has a better and more loving husband than I do;
we closed on the home two nights ago;
last night two young folks – awesome friends of my daughter – earned some spending money by cleaning our home from top to bottom;
the carpet people have cleaned carpets, cleaned tile floors and sealed them today – tomorrow they will be installing something that kills mold, critters in the carpet, and other such wonderful stuff when dead;
yesterday I met with a local painter and directed him through the home with instructions to paint every wall my choice of an off white Satin, and notating all of the feature walls to be painted with my chosen colors (Oyster Bay, Daffodil, etc., the front door my favorite front door red, the shutters a Forest Green, in the near future when the spring brings warm days the brick will be painted a medium gray with white trim – it will be awesome!!!!);
yesterday John met with a local fence man and a 4’ black metal fence will surround Gabby’s back yard domain;
one day recently we went to buy our new Select Comfort King Size Bed (our old Queen size will be in the guest bedroom where guests can have fun adding air and taking air away to figure out their own sleep number LOL) – yes, somehow through it all we have both lost a lot of weight, but require more room – especially when John is feeling bad he needs his own King Size space; and he deserves all the space he needs;
we also made our way to Ashley furniture with a few pieces to add to what we have shipped here;
I have probably forgotten the other fifty items that John has done while I was in forced resting to heal.

I put you through all of that to show you how ignorant I have been about the recovery – and something they call Post Septic Syndrome. It is like no other recovery from illness or surgery I have ever experienced. I always believe that mind over matter is the mantra of the day – any day the last 63 years on planet earth. Sadly, I have actually been taking one step forward, and 3 to 5 steps back regularly in the last 26 days since I left the hospital. TALK ABOUT A STUBBORN FEMALE!!!!!!

For example: In airports I had a carry on and a purse and it was a huge challenge! Then we needed to get the rest of the luggage, and find our rental car only a shuttle-ride away. By the time we got to the hotel (one hour drive away) I was in honest fear that I was one step from being hospital-bound.

SO, I FINALLY ADMIT TO MYSELF AND TO JOHN THAT IF I AM ABLE TO DO WHATEVER THE LORD HAS IN MIND FOR ME – I must stop being the old Juanita and admit I cannot heal without timely rest and slow introduction of easy rehabilitation exercise to be of any real use to me or any one. I must not put my husband through any experience like the one he woke up to on October 18 when he could not wake me; and the ambulance personnel could not wake me. Unfortunately, the UTI that went septic needed the one antibiotic that previously caused severe tendonitis of my shoulders three years ago. It could not be avoided to save my life – only this time the severe tendonitis has also appeared in places like my elbows. In the balance, I will never complain. There were two other antibiotics, and fluids of kinds I cannot remember. Two IV’s and a pic-line being regularly used.

So, today, I can get all gussied up (takes forever – I am sooo slow!), and I may fool myself for a few hours that I am making progress, but that just isn’t going to work this time. I REMEMBER . . . I remember the clear voice of the Holy Spirit telling me, “It is not your time; you have much left to do. You are going to have to fight your way back this time.” OH!!!!!  Now, I get it.  John and Natalie have talked to me like I am six years old, and I deserved it. I must not turn into an obstinate old fool; and I must allow my body to heal over several months. When our belongings arrive soon, I must sit on the floor and empty boxes, and tell others where things belong. Wow. I remember when I would unpack in a day, and the kids would wake up to a home cooked breakfast the next morning. Those days are gone. My babies are 42, and 37 – YIKES!!!!!!

In reading about Post Septic Syndrome, I know that I am the lucky one! I am the best case scenario! I am thankful beyond measure – and I need to behave myself and continue to be thankful. Wow. I am thankful to be here. I still get to enjoy my days with John which are full of laughter and love. I also get to spend a lot of time with my Natalie pumpkin. We are BFF’s and we have so much fun. Poor David, Natalie’s husband, just shakes his head, smiles, and says, “there are two of them.” Hehehehehehehehe That is a good thing! Right?

Did I ever tell you folks how amazing my husband is?????? He is the rock star in this family. He is successfully fighting stage 4 cancer – it is being controlled and kept minimal. The bone healing medicine is healing bones. He isn’t 100%, and I don’t care if he cannot do things he used to do. I get to hold him, and laugh with him, and have adventures with him, even now. His phenomenon that I notice is that when he has nothing extra to do his numbers go up, and when he has organizing and research to do his test numbers go down!!! We just need to pace projects slowly so his test numbers stay down for many years to come. The Lord is faithful.

Before I close, I will tell you about a vivid full color dream I had a few days ago that I have not fully figured out the meaning of – but almost. In this dream John and I are perfect weight, and about 33 and 32 years old. I am in my going out dancing uniform of that age: strapless red (length below the knee) sundress with a full skirt, 4” high heeled sandals, and my big hair had nothing to do with teasing, but just had so much hair I didn’t always know what to do with it all! John is in uniform – Marine – and quite handsome and dashing. We are at a party, and we are dancing, laughing, and having a wonderful time – so in love. This is remarkable because I would not meet John in real life for over a decade after the time frame of the dream.

I am also in the dream, as I am today, 31 years older. I am telling my younger me that it is just a dream and not real, that we must wake up and then I can have the real John whom I love and laugh with every day – no matter what crap storms come our way. My younger me doesn’t want to leave the dream and basically ignores the older me, and is giving the younger John all of her attention. The 63 year-old me finally gets the younger me to agree to leave – and I wake up.

FROM THE HEART – FOR ALL CHRISTIANS

Before I get to the subject matter of importance today –
the next time someone starts squawking at you about:
global cooling (which had man’s total destruction about twenty years ago), global warming (which had man’s total destruction up to about a year  ago), and now global climate change (at some future date they keep  changing – yes, they are soooooo smart they cannot decide whether it will be cooling or heating that will kill us all – soon),
Please remember weather events such as the “dustbowl” (1934 – 1937 drought over many farming states during The Great Depression),
‘1900 Galveston Hurricane’ (look it up to be horrified),
many Nor’easters (nor’easter is basically when a big storm moving across the country from west to east meets a big storm from the Atlantic into America mid to above the Carolinas),
and all the recorded climate catastrophes
over thousands of years of man’s written word.

Many think we are in the end time scenario of the Bible; but are we? Well, it is a hard point to argue against when we look around our nation today. But, we are to carry on in faith until the Lord comes for His own, His church. As I look at America today, I can scarcely believe my eyes and ears. Men of religious authority are teaching the flock of things apostate in nature. Preaching such shocking and twisted doctrine such as basing one’s ministry on riches for works, of reparations from the innocent, of re-defining Jesus’ definition of marriage . . . I even heard from the grapevine, of those in the know, of a major leader claiming God is telling him to nix a Commandment, add to another, and to create a whole new one.  To make a complete list of such twisted doctrine would require more documentary space than anyone would endure to read. But we have clear authority in the Bible to describe this phenomenon . . .

2 Timothy 4:3-4 (KJV)

“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”

How could any Christian read the Parables in Matthew, and live their lives willfully against the life lessons He gave to all of us? Upon judgement, telling God that you had an Earthly teacher lead you astray will not help you.

We look around at our world that is changing rapidly. What would not have been acceptable even 40 years ago barely phases a desensitized America. To put a name to the sins  . . .

Pride (Satan fell from grace over this one.)

Stirring up dissention.

Murder.

Lying.

Cheating.

Vanity.

Greed.

Envy.

Laziness.

Wrath.

Lust.

Gluttony.

Fornication. (Premarital sex, extramarital sex, any sex outside Jesus definition of marriage.)

Rape.

Some of these are actually offshoots of others on this list – but, most folks don’t think things through far enough to see that truth. Vanity covers a multitude of offshoots. I am sure there are many offshoots of these above, but you can see the words, and should have the ability to self-govern yourselves just as the Christian American Founders knew you could when they wrote The Declaration of Independence, and The Constitution.

OH !!!!! My bad! The Greatest Political Experiment EVER died a slow death, when too many Americans stopped being able to Self-Govern themselves. They pushed The Lord out of their lives, families, schools, businesses, churches, entertainment, and local / state / federal governments. Without being the strong CHRISTIAN nation we once were, we no longer required the citizens to conduct themselves according to God’s Commandments, and The Lessons of The Lords Parables.

If Christians were all truly Christian, when they confessed their sins to The Lord, with penitent hearts, they would be changed . . . And the nation would not be run by unholy liars and cheats, and our children would not be out of reasonable control. Our entertainment would not be the stuff of the list above.

Today I read . . . Matthew 20:17 -19

“And Jesus going up to Jerusalem took the twelve disciples apart in the way, and said unto them, Behold, we go up to Jerusalem; and the Son of man shall be betrayed unto the chief priests and unto the scribes, and they shall condemn him to death, And shall deliver him to the Gentiles to mock, and to scourge, and to crucify him: and the third day he shall rise again.”

Jesus came to teach, to tell us to love one another, and to sacrifice Himself to cover our sin – eradicated by His blood, then to come back to be seen by hundreds, thus proving what He told us is true.  We each decide for ourselves. When we become His, we are changed, and that list above becomes our list of things we endeavor to not do. We have a list that soon replaces the negative, and endeavor to live in the positive . . .

Christian Love.

Humility.

Healing.

TRUTH.

Faith.

Generosity.

Charity.

Honest Endeavor.

When I read the Matthew scripture above, I remembered that we are supposed to live our lives with Jesus as our example. How many of our leaders are a good example for our children? If not, why are they in office? How many of you are good replacement examples?

If you are a God fearing Christian, changed forever with Baptism by The Holy Spirit, go to my commentaries in webcommentary.com under Juanita Holloway-Walters and read a few of the “Why Not Me?” Commentaries. Hopefully you will be set on fire for being whoever you and The Lord knows you are. Pray for the Lord to lead you to much better teachers than me, or make you a better teacher. Then you will be able to follow through with your God given rights and talents to be an amazing example. When there are enough of you in your families and communities, you will set your community on fire to do positive things together. You will become examples to all of our children.

Your positivity in your faith will stop the negative folks in their current paths. The negative folks will either crawl back under the evil rock they came from, or they, too, in your love for the enemy, will find their evil natures shrink to make room for Godly purpose.

CHRISTIAN CHARACTER AND JESUS’ COMMANDMENTS TO THE BELIEVER

What brought me to study Matthew in more detail is because of what I read and hear from Christians is such a wide range of belief concerning Christian law and the Commandments that I had a desire to at the very least bring the scriptures to anyone interested in the truth. My hope would be that anyone desiring The Lord’s Truth would also have a fire for studying these scriptures for themselves. Matthew was a Customs Official, and therefore shorthand is a skill he had. His testimony is perhaps the most detailed of the gospels for this reason. Prayer for guidance should always be the beginning of gospel study, for we need the Lord’s guidance in all sincere study of the scriptures.

In the following scripture Jesus is telling you that he did not come to replace the law – for Jesus is the Author and The Interpreter of the Law. The Commandments interpreted for you by Jesus are in scriptures beginning with Matthew 5:21 through Matthew 7. As Christians, these are the Commandments given to us to endeavor to live by. As humans, we are flawed by having a sin nature – true; BUT if you have committed your life to Jesus as your Lord and Savior –
BELIEVING in the Gospel Regarding Jesus Christ –
whereas He died, rose from the dead 3 days later, was seen by hundreds, and ascended to heaven – leaving His Holy Spirit here as a connection to each of us who choose to be connected –
you will endeavor to live by His Commandments. They will be the law for Jesus’ reign as our King on Earth for The Millennium. How you will endeavor to follow these Commandments will be no different today, than in The future Millennium. As Believers we are already of Jesus Kingdom.

For sincere study of Jesus’ Commandments, Jesus through Matthew has given Believers the Beatitudes in Matthew 5, verses 3 through 10 – which describes the CHARACTER of the Christian. This is the character of a Believer who is able to live their life more closely to Jesus’ Commandments. Sadly, most of today’s “role models” and “leaders” are grossly lacking in this kind of good CHARACTER.

Note: If you have studied the whole Bible and all the references back and forth across all 66 books, you will not need what I have added in brackets – you will understand these scriptures because the face value does not always have our modern slant in language usage – but the Bible is consistent on the language usage. I have added the descriptions from Dr. Chuck Missler to help as an aid for those that are not frequent Bible students.

3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

[Our attitude towards ourselves in which we feel our need and admit it.]

4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.

[Our attitude toward sin, a true sorrow for sin.]

5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.

[Our attitude toward others – we are teachable; we do not defend ourselves when we are wrong.]

6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.

[Here our attitude toward God is expressed; we receive His righteousness by faith because we ask for   it . . .] (My life can give testament to learning several of these lessons in Character, but none more than this one.)

7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.

[We have a forgiving spirit and love others.] (Forgiving others in my mid 30’s lifted a huge weight from my shoulders and heart. The Lord gave me such rich blessing after this.)

8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

[We keep our lives and motives clean; holiness is happiness to us: no substitutes.]

9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.

[We should bring peace, between people and God, and between those who are at odds with each other.]

10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

[All who live godly lives will suffer persecution.]

And also . . . 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.

Prep- work before The Commandments Jesus gave to Believers . . .

Matthew 5:18 – 20 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. For I say unto you, that except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Jesus is very clear here on His meaning. The scribes and Pharisees created a lot of Jewish man-made laws, even often finding ways around the Ten Commandments. We are not to find ways to justify ourselves, and others deeds by skirting around the Commandments Jesus has given us. All Christian organizations – denominational or otherwise, have added their man made laws, rules, etc., and are as guilty as the Pharisees in this aspect. It is by design that the New Testament begins with Matthew. Jesus steps into our lives in this Church Age to give us his interpretation of the Commandments. He is giving this information to Believers, whereas the Ten Commandments were given to an undisciplined Israel who were in dire need of immediate help. What is written by Matthew – a dictation of what Jesus told the disciples are His Commandments, are what The Church / The Body of Christ / Body of Believers must endeavor to live by. The Character of Christians described in the Beatitudes, and the Commandments are so clear, there is no need for “trying to figure out what He meant.” He states very clearly what He means. There is no need for hundreds of different Bibles, where the words and meanings of the words are skewed to mean something man wishes they mean. Jesus states very clearly what He wants Believers to know. These Commandments are not only for today’s Christian, but for His coming Kingdom which will be here on Earth at the dawn of The Millennium.

Colossians 2:13 – 14 And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross;

The great Commission of the Christian:
Matthew 28:18 – 20 And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:  Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Jesus’ Commandments for the Christian: Make no mistake, just because America has fallen from Grace, does not mean you have to.

Picking up where we left off above at Matthew 12 through 20 as a preamble to THE COMMANDMENTS:
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.

13 Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.

14 Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.

15 Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.

16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

17 Think not that I am come to destroy the law, or the prophets: I am not come to destroy, but to fulfil.

18 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled.

19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

20 For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

21 Ye have heard that it was said of them of old time, Thou shalt not murder; and whosoever shall murder shall be in danger of the judgment:

22 But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

23 Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee;

24 Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.

25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.

26 Verily I say unto thee, Thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the uttermost farthing.

27 Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not commit adultery:

28 But I say unto you, That whosoever looketh on a woman to lust after her hath committed adultery with her already in his heart.

29 And if thy right eye offend thee, pluck it out, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

30 And if thy right hand offend thee, cut it off, and cast it from thee: for it is profitable for thee that one of thy members should perish, and not that thy whole body should be cast into hell.

31 It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

32 But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

33 Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:

34 But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God’s throne:

35 Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

36 Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

37 But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

38 Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

39 But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

40 And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

41 And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

42 Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

43 Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

45 That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

46 For if ye love them which love you, what reward have ye? do not even the publicans the same?

47 And if ye salute your brethren only, what do ye more than others? do not even the publicans so?

48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

 

Matthew 6 (KJV)

1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven.

2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth:

4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

7 But when ye pray, use not vain repetitions, as the heathen do: for they think that they shall be heard for their much speaking.

8 Be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.

10 Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven.

11 Give us this day our daily bread.

12 And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors.

13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

14 For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you:

15 But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.

16 Moreover when ye fast, be not, as the hypocrites, of a sad countenance: for they disfigure their faces, that they may appear unto men to fast. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

17 But thou, when thou fastest, anoint thine head, and wash thy face;

18 That thou appear not unto men to fast, but unto thy Father which is in secret: and thy Father, which seeth in secret, shall reward thee openly.

19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal:

20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal:

21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.

22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?

26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?

27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?

28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:

29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?

31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?

32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.

33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

Matthew 7 (KJV)

1 Judge not, that ye be not judged.

2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?

4 Or how wilt thou say to thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam is in thine own eye?

5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.

6 Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.

9 Or what man is there of you, whom if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone?

10 Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent?

11 If ye then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him?

12 Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you, do ye even so to them: for this is the law and the prophets.

13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:

14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

15 Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves.

16 Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles?

17 Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit.

18 A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit.

19 Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire.

20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.

21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?

23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

25 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

26 And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand:

27 And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

28 And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine:

29 For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.

I would implore you to look to your own life with the light of these Commandments Jesus gave us. I would implore you to also look at the lives of those who are teaching your children at school, in church, and on the big and little screen; and look also at the lives of those who are our local, state, and national leaders.
